K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	MARCH FILERS!!!	Once we get the NOA2 they send the stuff to NVC right.. so do they notify you with an email or letter? or you just have to call NVC to find out? Thanks.. Once you are approved they will send it to NVC. They (USCIS) supposedly notify you by e mail, a letter, or you can input your case number on their site, and that should be updated with the correct information. Hope it helps and good luck to you !! I received my NOA2 on June 3rd, on a Sunday, exactly at the 90 day mark. . So for all of you fellow VJ'ers gettting near that 90 day mark, your approval is just around the corner! As I said mine got approved on a SUNDAY, so look for it any day and anytime of the day. NVC received it on MAY 29. They already assigned me a MNL#. Things are moving a lot faster than I imagined it would. I am rooting for all of you to get your approvals soon! Now, I just hope that huge binder of extra documents/letters/photos for "Proof of Relationship" that I sent on April 30th actually made it to our case file. Ah the suspense!.... I thought this part was supposed to be fast! This part is usually fast. The only problem is, they have to wait for CSC to send them the petition, before anything can be done. I just sit back and wait. I'm used to it anyway. Anybody, March filers (NOA2s) please let me know if NVC receives your papers yet. Thanks Ism I just got my NOA 2 in the mail and NVC letter stating that they received my packet and will now be forwarded to Sydney consulate. Both of these letters showed up at the same day because they didn't bother mailing out an NOA2 until I called to ask what the dealio! A question for you. Our K1 was received March 23, Approved June 5, Received by NVC June 22. My question is. . when they will forward it to Manila, where beneficiary is , does the petition already has a new case number? Or is it the Manila Embassy that will assign the new case number when it will receive the petition? What about your case? Do you laready have your case number now that your petition has been forwarded to Sydney? Thank you very much Joe and Myla Your petition will have a MNL# when it leaves NVC. Do not waste your money on calling the USE Manila, because you can find out the same info from the DOS. You must talk to an operator to find out if you petition has arrived/left. We have our interview on August 3rd and the medical on the 27th of July. She wouldn't tell me anything else. Oh well. I am trying not to think about it too much, since I'm going out to dinner for my birthday now. It's just so aggravating!! First off, Happy Birthday!!!!!! I'm beginning to think why I need this stupid country, perhaps we can settle somewhere in Europe and live together just fine. Yeah another week gone without anything...lets see this coming week..
