IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Process & Procedures	California to Texas & Texas to California - Part 2	I haven't emailed either of them yet as I thought that my petition may have been transferred back to CSC, but today I received a response from the TSC I-130 inquiries email address stating that our petition is still at TSC, so I think I will try emailing Mr. Badger. Honestly I feel a bit uncomfortable emailing an address that hadn't been published publicly by the recipient, but I'll just politely and sincerely ask for whatever help or information can be provided; the worst that can happen is that we get ignored, which is pretty much already happening. I completely understand, and shared the same sentiments. You should do what you feel comfortable doing. If you do email Mr. Badger or Ms. Barrows, the worst thing that can happen as far as I would think is that your email would go ignored. I tried to get INN, I gave the operator my husband's birthday (which I cannot forget, it's one week before mine), and imagine - he told me that I was wrong! I said that I could not be wrong on that, I repeated the info - he became angry and said he could not provide any info Again... He was rude so I asked him to transfer me to another operator. The next operator was very helpful, he told me that indeed my husband's birthday was probably entered incorrectly and that I need to scan the first page of his passport and email them. I'm so upset. Such a nice beginning of the day... and then same old sh... When will they stop treating our documents like plain paper??? Tired... I emailed their special address today and got the following autoresponse: You'd think they would have at least taken that autoresponse off given that it's March 1st now, but I guess they don't care that receiving that autoresponse is making me want to scream with frustration. It just comes off as so uncaring and incompetent. If this were a for-profit business and there was a competing business to go to instead I would have paid twice as much to go with a company that seemed to give a ####### about my case. Still not sure what to make of this- even though in all likelihood my case status having been demoted is erroneous, this USCIS experience has gotten me expecting the worst. I mean, how the hell does one search for such a complex timeline? I130 and 129F in "Initial Review", then both in "Post Decision Activity", then both back to "Initial Review", then both back to "Post Decision Activity" with dual approval emails, then the I129F going back to "Initial Review". I do not have enough profanity in my vocab to express myself. With just the receipt number, it's not a big deal. If someone knew your name, date of birth, email address, etc, someone can do some damage. But I really don't think it's a big deal. But if you want to sleep better at night, ask an admin. Exactly.
