Is This Normal? NVC Sending Erronious Mail??

Well while waiting for my AOS Bill and instructions to arrive by email, I have recieved two sets of AOS Bills and Instructions but NONE Belonging to me, it seems very odd for the NVC to goof off like that and TWICE

Has This Happened Before?

I now have the paperwork of two different couples sitting on my email inbox I dont want to imagine that they are waiting for their stuff to arrive

Its good to note that he does not list me as a dependant in his taxes

If you believe you have already sent them what they are asking for, call NVC and speak to a supervisor. If you are unsure of what they need, call and speak to an operator. Or you could respond to the checklist by sending them what they have asked for even though you already sent it. It's unlikely to get 'missing document' with an EP filer.

I had a similar situation they send me a checklist for my original divorce certificate even though I had sent it in the original package. I asked a supervisor to review and my case was closed without the divorce certificate. The supervisor looking in to it slightly delayed my case though.

I would call them and ask them exactly what they want.

Did you send them the actual transcripts from IRS or just the copies of the tax-returns? The former is what they need.

Transcrips but they where faxed through the IRS

Did you fill in the tax information on your I-864?

Mistakes happen, files get dropped/mixed up. Were all your transcripts clipped together?

What exactly does the letter say?

Federal income tax returns, literal printouts from IRS (RTFTP) or a Letter 1722 issued by the IRS are missing/incomplete for the years(s) [x] 2011

[x] You have not enclosed an explanation of why you ere not required to file income tax under Federal tax laws for any/all of the 3 most recent tax years.

They want a letter saying why I didnt file for any or all three years, I sent them all the years 2011 2010 and 2009 and have never missed a year ever since I started filing in 2005

I am back in the states since January and have been making money but my last years income tax is not so great ince 8 months out of the 12 I was not In the US, whats currently happening is that they state that they are scared my father thinks the IRS is going to look him and find other things my mother is iffy on handing over her taxes to the IRS as she states, my uncle is just scared that if I die within those 5 years he is going to have to carry the load of my wife, my cousin says she has a million dollar porfolio that she is not willing to risk for my wife, that why I was asking how far does the extent of the law go?

Well I am back and stopped, my father opted out of being my joint sponsor, my mother too, my aunts and uncles, cousins they say that they cant risk their belongings and thier properties being taken because of having to support my wife.

How far does the extent of the law goes as far as the Joint Sponsors RESPONSABILITY??

For so many of you its finally happening and that gives me a bit of hope. We are just in the beginning stages of getting all the paperwork together to file for the K-1 visa, so I know it will be a long 7 or 8 months atleast :clock:

but I guess after being apart for basically all our lives (we've known each other since we were 5 and dated on and off for about 17 years) I guess 7 months isnt so bad after all :reading:

Dont mean to be a pain in the butt on purpose..BUT..I downloaded both and..the first which was skypelogview will not pull up anything when I open it, it says skype locks the logs close skype and hit F5, which I did and to no avail (all 15 or 20 times) and the other one skypecallexporter, works perfectly, but it goes wayyy back...and says i have to print about 50 pages, of which i may need only about 10, if that...but it gives me no option to edit....any other suggestions??? Should I move during or after i130?

Well I was planning to wait for my fiance to arrive before I moved, cause I wanted him to be part of choosing a place and of decorating and all that stuff that is involved. But I was presented with a fantastic opportuniy, so I decided to take it and now 2 months later, I am finally completely moved in, and I am actually glad I did it this way, because there will already be so much going on when he arrives atleast this way I am settled and he has a place to actally settle into. As opposed to him arriving and having to up and move again.
I guess think it through and decide what would work best for you, and once you decide, then talk to her and inclde her in your decision making. I only say this, cause I am sure she trusts that you would make a proper decision and plus being here you are the one that will know whats best for the 2 of you, when she gets here.

Can someone explain the prose of when your spouse is denied. We were told our marriage was for paper only, Dame it I travel every month to see my husband, send money to him, send medication to my mother in law and they tell me because my husband got nerves and mixed up dates ,they denied us I’m so heart and upset today after sitting there from 5am to 5pm and treated like a criminal by my own Americans

Filing taxes as married

I have been working on my taxes this weekend. If you take time to read the instruction book, it explains very clearly that if you are married to a non-resident alien (your spouse lives outside of the US) then you need to file as single (or head or househols if you have a dependant living with you.)

Demandez vos parents, amies et les gens, qui sont capables de confirmer votre relation, d'ecrire les lettres de soutients. Qu'ils ecrivent comment ils le sentent, que de vrais temoignages.
L'aide de senateur etais tres precieuse pour nous.

Les appels ne pas fonctionnez dans notre cas, ni les demandes de r.v.

I feel exactly just like you, 3 more days it will be 7 months for me.I didn't get response for my RFE either,only a touch on 3/2. I really started feeling bad and I am sick.I am not going to be happy myself.Each time I got a messege from USCIS,I woke my husband up(8 hrs.difference )hoping there was a approval.RFE,touch..touch..touch..sick of it!

For what it's worth, I'm still praying for all you guys... I really wish for a speedy reunion with our loved ones SOON

Well, I emailed Mr. Badger on Wednesday and no response yet. Same old, still no progress or even touches.

I'm flying to the U.S. for a visit tomorrow, bringing all my "proof of ties" documents as well as a copy of the correspondence we've had from USCIS. Hopefully I won't have any issues going through customs; I got through fine when I visited in November. At least I get to visit (and I know a lot of people can't, so I'm really lucky in that regard), but I'm still really tired of this waiting.

Don't despair too much, I got my approval shortly after I hit 6 1/2 months, while some got theirs around 6 months and other around 7... point being, you guys should be getting something any day now, keep the Faith and enjoy your time with your better half!
