They have got a fire under 'em for sure!!

Looks like July at TSC, and August off to CSC....

I'm waiting to pass judgment on that- I haven't received anything yet

here it is:
The last processing action taken on your case

Receipt Number: WACxxxxxxx

Application Type: I130 , IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN

Your Case Status: Initial Review

The I130 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN was transferred and is now being processed at a USCIS office. You will be notified by mail when a decision is made, or if the office needs something from you. If you move while this case is pending, please use our Change of Address online tool to update your case with your new address or call our customer service center at 1-800-375-5283.

During this step, USCIS initiates the background checks of the applicant/petitioner and identifies issues that may need to be addressed either during an interview or by asking the applicant/petitioner to submit additional information or documentation. USCIS reviews the applicant's/petitioner's criminal history, determines if there are national security concerns that need to be addressed, and reviews the application/petition for fraud indicators

Hang on a second.....NOW I am even MORE pissed off.... I just checked online and the "post activity" changed to "initial review"
####### it's going on ?! AND WHERE tf it's my I130?!

I agree with Val and Gary, perhaps they're simply correcting your online status to what it really should be, in which case they're actually working on your case...

I am happy for whom got there approvals..

Don't panic just yet- perhaps that's their way of telling you that your application will remain at the TSC as opposed to having been transferred back to the CSC :)

Either their email system is out of order, somebody is hitting the wrong "boilerplates" again, or the CSC is SO efficient that they're moving you right along...

I understand your frustration but posting a reply by saying "Very exciting until they lose your papers" is like saying you people will have your turn in line until you lose yours. That should never happen and I feel very bad for your situation but venting anger on the rest of the people and hoping they also lose the papers is not a good statement, may be your intent was different but such a post can be read in different ways.

Bro, I think you may have misinterpreted Rachel's comments. Up till now, we've all been in the same boat, and we're all here to vent and more importantly, share helpful information and support one another.

Just my 2 cents

Hi WaitingonLord, maybe you can find the address you're looking for in one of the prior posts on this thread.

Your daughter is in my prayers, I really hope people like you and Wade who have legitimate health issues, especially when it comes to kids, get through this mess first.

some cases get approved without a change of status online...could be just that. Is there another way you can make sure you got approved besides the change online?

Hey Guys <sigh>

I am wore out.......but I did just get a call from the Orange County Register and they scheduled an interview with me tomorrow at noon. The reporter read my blog and felt the story was very compelling.

Now if the rest of you would start posting your stories in the comments of my blog, it may help the chances of the story getting picked up nationally. Think about it.......I've greased the skids for you guys.

Hi Wade, I haven't had time to write something coherent on your blog yet, but I will.

I hear you on the being worn-out thing bro. To say that this has all gotten out of hand is quite an understatement. I seriously had very high, optimistic hopes of making some progress with the TSC after you and Rachel had been contacted.

I hope the paper decides to run with this story once they've met you and the gravity of your particular situation dawns on them.

Still a few more hours left tonight, so there's room for hope that you'll hear something as promised to you

I think we should all stand by for RFE's for "missing" documents in our I-130 packages.

Yeah well didn't one of our fellow refugees prove to us that this is coming? I forget who, but apparently they were asked to send proofs of their marriage, I believe the same proofs they had already sent in.
