Please check our website at www.uscis.gov for further updates on your case. Please wait until the end of normal processing time before calling customer service at 1-800-375-5283 for live assistance. During this step, USCIS initiates the background checks of the applicant/petitioner and identifies issues that may need to be addressed either during an interview or by asking the applicant/petitioner to submit additional information or documentation. Anyways i'm sure they don't look at at your skin or Religion to send an RFE ! an i do understand the Extra backround check for high risk countries . Just wait for the letter and please let us know what they have asked for. As long as you have all the documentation and proof of relationship, its just the matter of time. They will probably ask for something you might have already submitted or missed. They will probably ask for something you might have already submitted or missed. IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	Aug 2013 I-130 filers	yeah my status change from alien registration number to RFE ....i got transfer by email in  18 Feb and hard copy in 19 February said in CSC ...and change to Alien number on 25 Feb....and today i got the RFE.....they told my wife now wait the email what they will ask for sooo worried a lot now    Did your status changed from Alien Registration Number changes to Request for further evidence? When were you transferred to CSC and when did you receive this update?    My status is still sitting on ARN # Change. You should be happy that atleast they are looking after your file. IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	Aug 2013 I-130 filers	i never do any thing in all 29 years since born and now lol....i just worry why i got this ...and is really it will take a year      ....this is  not right ....i see many people got the same as me and got their approval after hours and days if i don't get nothing today i think will take loooooong time and this is sucks and this driving me crazy       As long as you haven't done wrong you should be worried, however I know the feeling, it really bothers. Since then I have no update on my file.
