That way, if for some bizarre reason they check the death record (chances being .00000000001% that they would) you can just set it straight. A lie is always the wrong choice in this process. Which brings me to... question 2: What were you thinking? No, you cannot forge your fiance's signature. Yes, the signature must be original. Overnight her the forms and have her send them back to you. It's the only way to do it right, and if someone can tell the signature was forged you could be in big trouble. You probably should not be admitting to your illegal activity on a public forum though... Well said! Plus it will anger the rest of us who did things the RIGHT and LEGAL way! One term I'm not quite clear on is touched. You do have to meet in person at least once and be sure to take many photos with you two together, with family and friends, and in front of landmarks or even with a newspaper with the current date. Evidence of a relationship is required for the interview. Also, the G-325A use to have 4 pages. That is where the 4 comes from. It is now only 1 page. He uses his spelling for all of his legal documents and she uses her spelling for all of her legal documents. The I-134 does not have to be notarized as stated in the 'Execution of Affidavit' section of the I-134 instructions. "... You must sign Form I-134 in your full name. (Note: Signing Form I-134 is under penalty of perjury under U.S. law). For this reason, it is not necessary to sign Form I-134 before a notary, nor to have your signature notarized after you sign it." Although it does not hurt to do this, you may incur unnecessary additional expense. Also, there is not a place on the Form I-134 for a notary to stamp and sign. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	Ready to send I-129F package	Well, everything is ready. All 58 pages. Loaded it up good to fend off any RFE's (I hope). Question... When I mail to Dallas, if I use USPS priority mail flat rate I can add the G-1145 E-Notification form and mail to PO Box. If I send Express or Courier and send to the street address then I don't use the G-1145 form. Is this correct, or can you use the G-1145 for either address? Also just want to thank all that helped me directly or indirectly in getting my Visa Journey started. I have my fingers crossed that the interview will come fast, but I won't hold my breath since I know that there are many in line already.
