K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	Ready to send I-129F package	Well, everything is ready. All 58 pages. Loaded it up good to fend off any RFE's (I hope). Question... When I mail to Dallas, if I use USPS priority mail flat rate I can add the G-1145 E-Notification form and mail to PO Box. If I send Express or Courier and send to the street address then I don't use the G-1145 form. Is this correct, or can you use the G-1145 for either address? Also just want to thank all that helped me directly or indirectly in getting my Visa Journey started. I have my fingers crossed that the interview will come fast, but I won't hold my breath since I know that there are many in line already. My check cleared my bank the day after I received notice (5th of Oct) that my I-129F petition had been received and was being forwarded to CSC. It was actually cashed on the 4th of Oct. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	Who do I recieve NOA1 from?	If you included a G-1145 with your petition you will receive a txt message and/or email that they received your petition. They will also give you a WAC number. You will receive the actual paper NOA1 by snail mail after about a week to 10 days following the receipt in Texas. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	Forms To Take To Fiance On First Visit	Yes, I made my comments knowing that the OP is visiting the Philippines. I do however find it odd that US Embassy's in some regions are requiring petitioners to make multiple trips to the beneficiaries home country and also, as I have heard, require lavish engagement ceremonies to prove that a relationship is genuine. I don't know. Maybe this is normal, but US Citizens expect consistency in their government and it does not seem like there is consistency between Embassy's for the same task being performed. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	Forms To Take To Fiance On First Visit	I took all forms that had to be sent to USCIS on the first visit. She signed and dated them on the day I left. I filed my I-129F petition 2 days after I returned. Why would you not want to bring the forms and have them taken care of on the first visit? No way I was going to come back and then send them to her and wait until she sent them back to me and file a month + later. I would say YES but also add a supplement to the form explaining what the circumstances where. I would not want to take the chance of them having information of a possible entry and you saying there was no entry. Best to lean toward the safer side. In the past three days the time from NOA1 to NOA2 has gone from 99 days (just like VCS) to 132 days. Maybe that is why they are moving so many IR-1/CR-1 and K-3 to TSC. That in no way guarantees that the the adjudicator at USCIS and/or the consular officer will feel the same way. I would never give them reason to suspect that the relationship was not real. Anyone can put what ever they want on facebook and have their friend say invite me or else. That means nothing. You should have letters, email, travel documents, phone records, chat records, money transfers, etc. As much evidence as you can muster should be used so that there is no doubt that you have a real relationship. My phone bill will show that I have repeatedly called a number in the Philippines but how do we prove that is her cell phone. She can't take her phone to the interview. Very curious about this. Either the forms should be kept up to date, or do not have a version on this site at all. Remove the link and add a link to the appropriate government site so that the petitioner has to download the correct form. For what they know, NOV 23 could be this year, last year, 10 years ago. Of course if you put together a boarding pass, a stamp in your passport on the same day or the next day depending on the travel time, and some pics of the two of you together taken during that visit, I bet you're fine. I didn't know the distinction between primary and secondary evidence, but it sounds like common sense to me. WRONG. Looking at my boarding passes right now and the have DDMMMYY. There will be a scheduled application outage starting on Saturday, Feb. 5, 8 a.m. EST until 9 a.m. EST Sunday, Feb 6. As a smart educated guess you should never make any major plans until you have your visa in your hand. There are no guarantees on when you will have your visa. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	What does relatively fast mean?	Technically I believe you can know her, meet her in person and file the paperwork on the same day. Whether or not that will fly with the powers that be is another story. You should 'get to know her' for as long as it takes to establish a good relationship, to know each other. You want to be comfortable with someone before you start the process so that you are not wasting your time, her time and lots of money. Good luck on your journey.
