Asia: East and Pacific	Aussies - where are you living in the USA	hi ya tracy your not going to be too far from where i am .. there is also another aussie in cleveland that frequents here too tracy....i am in toledo ohio..i didnt bring that much over with me actually some things i would of like to of remembered to bring was potato peelers..you know the cheap thin ones..they are too big and thick over here...the wire that you can thread net curtains through cant find anything like it up here.. there's isnt much else i can think of that i havent found over here..the only other stuff is food that i miss but ya cant pack sausages and sausage meat or bread lol... take care kath	Kath	Female	Australia	2007-11-24 20:36:00
Asia: East and Pacific	Trying to find a.........	hi ya the only thing that i would suggest is see if ebay has one on ebay.com or find one on the aussie ebay and get it posted over to you... didnt they use to steam the puddings in the ceramic mixing bowls and just place it in a pan of boiling water and cover it...might be a different thing to cook never did make a pudding lol hope you find one kath	Kath	Female	Australia	2007-11-20 00:26:00

Asia: East and Pacific	Packet 4 confusion - visa payment/police check and other anomalies	hi ali and joe congrats on getting your interview date.. good luck to you although you probably wont need it..its a quick interview just the waiting that gets to you.. take a look at some of the australian consulate reviews to help you out on any hints that other aussies have come across for the interview day.. if you are planning on leaving australia fairly quickly i would stay an extra day to go into the consulate and collect your passport and brown envelope...if you have time to spare before you leave you can get it mailed out to you.. enjoy the view from the large window...its gorgeous...shame you cant take photo's i reckon...ohh take some munchies with you an a mag to read..if your in there for ages it gets boring plus it takes your mind off things also... take care kath p.s. when you go to the post office..make sure the assistant understands what you are paying for...i have a scan of my receipt if you want to check it out...
