Asia: East and Pacific	LAND DOWNUNDER	hi there well completed the bio appt today..arrived 8.50am out by 9.12am got hoem received NOA that CSC received our case and emails also.. and today we had our first snow flurries i thought it was hail stones until i opened the sliding door an it didnt hurt lol...so took some pics to send home i just stood at the window watching the flurries and got caught up in watching the different air drifts of the snow falling down....arhhhhhhhhhh sighhhhhhhhhhhhh winter is coming.... so thats my update for the day now we will just sit tight an wait for news from them... take care kath	Kath	Female	Australia	2006-10-12 16:35:00

Asia: East and Pacific	LAND DOWNUNDER	hi there got this answer about MSC...how i missed this one i dont know Your case undergoes preliminary processing at MSC (Missouri Service Center or National Benefits Center). Often it is the MSC that issues any RFE's for your case. Asia: East and Pacific	LAND DOWNUNDER	hi ya all hope everyone is well and enjoying life itself.. well its posted finally...i at one stage reliased i needed 4 passport photo's i went to walgreens and they only gave me two for damm $8...went saturday to get another lot done..Walgreens machines were on the blink.so went to Rite-Aid..came across some ladies that didnt know what the hell they were doing..the photo produced had the top of my head cut off.. so i refused them explained what they are for an said no way am i was paying another $8 and getting a RFE on them... so sunday went to another Rite-Aid..we dealt with the manager who knew what she was doing BUT the company that set them up with passport feature did NOT give them any guidelines to go by so I had to explain the sizing and the measurements for a passport photo...told her to go online to get them printed out..I really didnt expect this to happen in the States in Oz yes but not here... after all that i got um and this afternoon all the forms were posted off to Chicago...with 5 days to spare... keeping my fingers crossed for a quicker than 25th dec completion lol...and that we dont get any RFE's either.. take care you lot kath Edited by kath&rob, 18 September 2006 - 02:36 PM. Asia: East and Pacific	LAND DOWNUNDER	hi ya caroline it is quite we will have to do some recruiting to keep the thread going lol... last friday i went to get my ohio state id card...looked up all the info on their website what to take etc...went there waited in line..filled out the form and it printed me one out for a week or so...the lady thought somethings not right here should of been longer than that so she rang her head office...they turned round and told her that i couldnt have one because i havent done my AOS as yet... i said to the lady what is the use of that by the time that comes in it will be my damm id for myself...i need it now...the bank wont open an account for me without one an what if im in an accident they will identify me wrongly...as u can see im still annoyed at it..felt like i was an illegal immigrant instead of a legal one...if iwas an illegal immigrant i wouldnt have a damm ssn or a immigration visa in my passport along with an I-94... so there u have it it seems to be worse in the states than dealing with them from oz...arrrh well i will live an get over it...in true aussie style lol take care kath p.s. sorry for venting but twice now i have dealt with the system here an twice it let me down...
