Well when Marivic finally is here i will stay away from the PC for a while I just thought this whole thing would be done sooner then it looks like it will. I just hope she is here before our 1 year aniversity comes around. And I wish someone from USCIS did have to go through this process too see how they like it.

I understand just what your going throught, I check twice a day to see if anything changes and then I get disapointed when nothing is changed.

This whole thing how USCIS does things is just terrible with what we have to go throught and the long wait I can't wait till it is over I think I will leave my PC off for a month.

that is good news...good luck in the rest of your journey......just tuesday i talked to USCIS and they said they were working on papers dated april 12 didnt say what forms they were so your I130 was dated right maybe i will hear something soon

I was just relaying what I was told that is all I'm sorry if you don't like it or don't believe it. But it boils down to all we can do is wait, if people are going to get upset by the info then next time I will keep it to myself. We are all in the same boat here tired of waiting but it looks like that's all that can be done.

i just talked to USCIS and they said they are working on cases dated April 12 and it would be about 28 more days to get to ours dated 5-16-07. I was told there is no problem with our paperwork just waiting to get to it. I hope he is right innocent.gif

congrats to all who have received their NOA2's...We are trying to be calm in waiting for our's it has been 124 days since our NOA1 and hope to get something soon I would like to have my wife here for Christmas but I am doubting that will happen....I have not posted much because I am working long hours at night but I check in on everyone evry so often other than Marivic there is no one to discuss this with that know what we are going throught. one again good luck to all. the USCIS updated their processing dates as of July 16 and they list only one I129F dated Jan.13. I just wish they would get on the stick and start approving these. Show that they deserve the increase in fees.

I check USCIS website everyday to see if anything has happened, and I have tried to keep my spirits up but it is getting harder everyday when nothing ever happens. I was hoping when i started that i would see the NOA2 by now so I got to keep thinking positive for Marivic. I just keep telling myself maybe tomorrow, maybe tomorrow. :unsure: :unsure:

What estimate do most of you have for when you'll get your final visa ?

I was hoping for before Christmas. It was looking more like February... and now it seems it might be even longer. My timeline estimates that Ill get my NOA2 in early October, and as of lately, interviews are taking 5-6 months to be scheduled in Montreal :/

Still crossing my fingers though :)



I hope we don't have to wait that long for my wife to be here, It will drive me crazy with all the waiting

I got an email today 6-16 stating my case is now in CSC, I didnt know they worked on weekends. It arrived this afternoon.

I have sent our I 130 off on June 6th and now just waiting to hear something back. I just pray that they got it, but I sent it certified, so I should have gotten something back in the mail, letting me know that it was picked up. :unsure:



It took over 2 1/2 weeks for my receit to get back to me I went online to USPS and entered the number on the ticket to find out when it got there. Just go to track and confirm if they have anything it will show up there first.

I guess I belong in this thread I just received my letter from NVC today with case number, It was dated 11-13-07 stating that within a week it will be forwarded to Manila.

If they are right they are not wasting any time. kicking.gif

I know a person who is starting the process of appling for his wife who is 18 and just found out he has this record. Am I right in thinking he doesn't have a chance of getting approved?

We had the interview last week, followed the letter mostly of items that they said to bring with us, they only wanted 3 items... 2010 tax's and copy of insurance cards that is all good thing I didn't have her get another medical done. Said it would take 3 months to get the new green card.

the Boulevard Mansion is a short 4 minute walk from the embassy it was clean and only 1850 php a night or about 40 dollars a night with two free breakfasts a day, rooms had a kitchen in them so you could cook if you stayed more then a couple of days. I had friends stay there too and they were happy with it too.
