K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	20 days of waiting finally visa on hand	When I was tracking my passport  visa I was kinda paranoid wheres my visa at but feel sooo relieve when visa already in my hand. Thank God! For all the waiting years, month, weeks, days and every minute & seconds of the day now I cant wait to be with my future husband. To you guys who are still waiting for approval of petition and waiting for visa issuance, patience is really needed here. Our patience is further developed and strengthened by resting in God?s perfect will and timing. Goodluck everyone and God bless!   Timeline: July 25th  --- interview date -- approve July 26th - August 5  --- administrative processing August 6  --- status ready August 8  --- visa issued August 14  --- visa on hand         Congrats!  My wife and I have been here in Hawaii for about a month now.  She is from Cebu.  We are now together as a married couple.  I have never been happier. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	K-1 visa rejected.. feeling awful :-(	I have to disagree with this.   A K-1 Visa Petiton requires you have met in person within 2 years before filing the 129-F. Each Consulate is different but still a US Embassy.  The requirement is not you seen eachother in 2 years. After waiting for 13 months and putting so much time and effort into this process, we got this letter. Does anyone know what we need to do next?   Based on the interviews and documents submitted at U.S. Consulate General Mumbai, we have returned your petition to U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) for review and possible revocation. If a consular officer receives information during the interview process that was not available to the adjudicating immigration officer at the time of petition approval and that shows the beneficiary of a petition is not entitled to the accorded status, then the petition must be returned to USCIS for re-examination.   So sorry to hear.  I will be praying for you both. My problem I meet my man when I was vacation in Uganda 2009. When we meet it was just friend so we talk now and then as friends. We were. Both in a relationship and had no intention to be no more that friends. When my marriage was over I call him and talk about it . I cry and he told everything is going to ok . Then over the month we talk and was happy to talk to a kind person. My ten years marriage was over because I could no longer take my husband abuse. So you could think how happy was to find someone who was kind and loving to me. I final when to Uganda to get engaged and start this journey. It took me 10 tento reached here only to be deny . I have being crying I am so confused. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	INTERVIEW APPROVED!!!	Yipiie!!!  Congrats!!   Aloha Ke Akua Just got back from London where my interview was APPROVED this morning!    Thought I'd go through my experience to help others.    Went down to London from Manchester during the night on a long coach ride so was very tired before my interview! Maybe not the best way, but had no other choice.  My interview was at 9am so joined the loooong queue at 8.30am. Got it into my head I wouldn't be making my 9am appointment!  I had a folder full of forms, evidence, I-134's, photos etc. dressed smartly in black pants, smart top and heels...although the majority there were dressed pretty casual!    Eventually, I got through to the embassy. Wasn't sure of the time because I had no phone, but pretty sure I was waiting around an hour!  NOTE: Take reading material! The wait is long and boring!!    After about another hour and a half, my number was called...finally! I went up to my first window.  The man there was very welcoming, took my fingerprints, took my birth certificate, police certificate, I-134's and photos...asked some general questions (have i ever been denied entry to the us, do i have a criminal record). I then went and sat down and waited another 20 minutes until I was called to my interview...if you can call it that!  It was very relaxed. The woman asked me how I was doing, again took my fingerprints and then asked me a couple questions (where did you meet, when did you first discuss marriage, have you met his family and does he have any siblings)... and that was that! She told me with a big smile on her face that I had been approved!!!    Don't know what I was so nervous about now!  Good luck to everyone going through this!!! Soon my visa journey will end and around October will be traveling to phillippines to pick her up for the USA. Question is he wants to fly with me there and bring his girl back with us on a tourist visa, then once here file the i129f. Is that possible? I dont know what to tell him. I mean the meeting requirement would be there, they will meet but dont know while she would be here, if he could file for a petition. looking forward for answers so I could relay to him...................Thanks VJ's   I would suggest you tell your "FRIEND" to do his own research.   God Bless   Aloha Ke Akua   Be wary, aye?  If yer lass hits PI soil with a K-1 visa stamped in her passport, and leaves the international area, there is a big chance that she won't be allowed to get on another plane leaving the PI, as she not have any CFO sticker.    Just saying... K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	Interview today--approved! Woohoo!	Just spoke with my baby!  She was approved!!!  She got in line at 4am at USEM, and in spite of hundreds there from the backlog created from the storms last week, and the debacle from the protest Monday, my fiancee was approved!     Hopefully she will receive her visa packet in the next several days and I can book my flight there and our flights to the US!  God is an awesome God!   All those terrible things I thought and said about the process and the people--I will take back--until I read them again in my posts--heh heh!   Now she can eat and take a nap, and I will send her more money, since she overstayed at her hotel.  I wish I could share some SML's with her to celebrate, but we will have our reunion soon.   Good luck to all of you still in limbo, and now we begin the next step in our continuing process.   I wish the best of luck especially to all those in the lines today as well.   Aloha!   Kambing & Aso   Congrats!!   Aloha Ke Akua	David & Zoila	Male	Philippines	2013-08-27 12:21:00

After we got an RFE it only took 1 week before we got our precious NOA2 and its only 3 months & 6days of waiting since NOA1.. I thank you god for everything! God is soo good all the time! We are so very happy! Now, we are just waiting for our Manila case number and i will just spend my remaining time here In the philippines with my family. Goodluck to all of us. Godbless us all! I answered all of his questions correctly. But i messed up on his last two questions, what is your fiances phone number? And what is happening in south carolina? Im just really not good in memorizing numbers thats why i told him honestly that no sir. and the last question whats happening in south carolina? Like what is the news there? I told him that hes not telling me any news sir. Then he asked again, thats the time i got really nervius and cant answer no more Thank you:) Wow!  Phone number and the weather in South Carolina....I would never pass an interview.  I can't even remember my own phone number let alone anyone else's.  I mean I don't need to memorize them because my phone does that for me...lol  And recent weather half way around the world?  I can't even remember what I had for breakfast and that was just 2 hours ago....what the heck?!   Anyway, good luck. Please pray for me..   We are and will be praying for you.  God Bless   At least you don't have to wait a few more months for the interview.  I just have a feeling they are just checking to see if you'll show up...that they will believe you have a legitimate relationship and the VISA will be issued.  Word of advice though.  I know I have read here, over the past several months that VISA's get issued and delivered in Manila 2-3 days after the interview.  I had made the mistake of counting on delivery of the VISA in 5 working days and as a result I had to cancel my wife's and my flight out of the Philippines because the VISA took 9 days to be delivered to the 2Go location at Mall Of Asia. Who are you to judge? They're happy and that's all that matters.   There's a major cultural difference in the Philippines; the young Philippine women are by default attracted to older, more stable (both financially and emotionally) men who are ready to settle down. This is not limited to men of other countries, this is just in general. There are plenty of Philippine women who date men their age too -- but the trend tends to be towards older more stable men.   Please tell me what is wrong with two consenting adults being in a relationship regardless of the age difference? The men and women who are romantically involved with someone who is much younger than them are well aware of the implications this may have -- but they chose to get involved anyways.   In my opinion, they're not hurting anyone, they want to be together, so as far as I am concerned it is none of my business.   I am a young professional woman who is 31 years old and my fiance is a young laborer who is 24. While the age gap isn't 10 or even 20 years, we're both blissfully in love and happy. We're also well aware that there are connotations and implications which society places judgment on us with. We simply don't care and can't imagine ourselves with anyone else.   We all come here because we fell in love despite the distance and are looking for both information and emotional support during a very trying process. This young man or woman is coming to you seeking support and knowledge for herself or her friend and you have the audacity to verbally assault their relationship? I'm disgusted.   AMEN!!! Finally, it has been a long time coming but now we can finally book his ticket for him to leave JA! I screamed on the phone with the rep when she informed me as I couldn't hold my composure! Can't wait to see my hunny at the airport when he arrives! I think it is a standard time frame of about 4 months from the NOA2 issue date. I "wish" it means the date before which our K1 visa interview is approved. With all the information you provide and the pictures, I'm sure any of them can find you on FB. Specially if you set it to public.   My question was if they actually access, like if it was you logged in.   You have got to be kidding.  Have you read a newspaper or watched the news lately.  Ever hear of the NSA.  Google it.  And always remember, the government has way more access than we will ever know. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	Denied K-1 - finally got response - says cash and sexual favors demanded in exchange for immigrant petition	OMG I am in total shock - our K-1 Visa was denied in February 2013 by Mumbai Consulate; today received letter from USCIS saying they are administratively closing the petition because validity dates have expired (we expected this) and the action is without prejudice to filing any future petitions or applications.  OK fine - but attached is a memo to NVC from Chief, Immigrant Visa Unit  Mumbai, which states;.. unusually large age difference , older female younger male, non-Indian etc. . . their fraud investigation revealed that Petitioner made cash payments to Beneficiary and demanded sexual favors in exchange for filing etc.  It goes on to say then we provided highly graphic chats as evidence of relationship and made frequent mention of cash payments from Beneficiary to the Petitioner, as well as Petitioner threatening to "rescind" (her) petition" if Beneficiary does not "straighten up'.   None of this is true!  The memo indicates both of us paid the other one for sexual favors to get the visa - what?!?!?!?!?  I do not see how a government agency can state these things without proof.  We obviously did not pay one another, nor did we provide "highly graphic chats" -  we had phone logs and some skypes and emails, but nothing of that nature.    We don't know if we can get any other information or should bother, but it is sickening to think this is in the file now tucked away at USCIS, even thought we can file again.  Just really upset to see something like this about us in writing from the government!   Just wanted to share that things can get really messed up - they obviously have us mixed up with someone else - just in disbelief!   First off I am sorry this is happening to you.  Secondly, are you sure your fiance did not bring additional documents (chat logs, etc) with him to the interview or that he did not submit additional documents at a later date at the embassys request?  And lastly, I hope I am wrong but is it possible that your fiance deliberately derailed the application without your knowledge?  I hope not but you may have to look into this...   We will be praying for you,   Aloha Ke Akua	David & Zoila	Male	Philippines	2013-09-23 14:48:00
