case number NVC?

same here.. I received my NOA2 May 31. I call NVC at least 3 times a day and I have also spoken to operators on two ocassions but they still have no record of my case. Per conversation with both operators it could take 9 to 15 business days for the NVC to receive our case.. then case number is generated. I have hope that this should happen this week.

NVC has no record of my case!!

Yes very normal. Don't worry they will have it...I called every day it seemed like forever...and then one day the AVR started spitting out numbers it scared me i hung up lol so i called right back.

Just give it some more time they will update it and it won't be long. Once they do immediately call back and give them your email addresses so you can do most of it thru email!!!

Thanks!!! I just spoke with another operator this morning and she told me to send a copy of my NOA2 so they can research it and see if they can find my case number. I really hope I have some news this week!!

NVC has no record of my case!!

It's been 20 days after my NOA2, and NVC has no record of my case yet! I have spoken with 3 different customer service representative but they dont have any information about our case! Is this normal????!!

Any luck with your case number? Have they received it yet? Just keep calling.. the least thing we should do is wait the "90 days" or whatever time they give at NVC. We know for a fact that things go by quicker than what they say!!

I got an email today from the NVC confirming that they have received our case! I spoke with operator and she mentioned that it was received yesterday and we should give it a couple of days until case number is generated.

it takes about 15 BUSINESS days.. so dont count the weekends and any holidays they may have had.. I was approved on May 26th and got my case number June 14th..

Thanks!! I called again today and CSR told me to forward my NOA2 to them and will research my case since it is still not showing up in their system (Tomorrow will be exactly 15 business days). I hope they have some info soon!! I am going nuts!!!!!

is this normal? How long does it usually take? I have been reading some of the shortcuts and they suggest that after two weeks of approval if there is no case number we should try to speak to a Supervisor at NVC and send copy of our NOA2.

I have already spoke with 3 different CSR (the last time I spoke with one of them was yesterday) and they all tell me different things but they all said that they don't even have information that my case was received!

I am starting to get worried about this!! Is this normal? Anybody else with the same issues?

HELP! DS-3032

My husband got the automated message about one to two days after he sent his ds-3032 (on a saturday) and we got confirmation on a wednesday. Give it some time. If you call, they will just tell you it takes 4-6 weeks for them to accept it. Look out for your response later today or tomorrow.

HELP! DS-3032

Hi everyone,

We received instructions and request to send the DS-3032 form from NVC on Friday. My husband sent the email format on Sunday June 26 (from hotmail account) but he has not received anything from the NVC. (no automated confirmation of receipt). Since he also did not get any of the emails received from the NVC (AOS instructions, DS instructions, etc) I told him to create another account and re-send the DS-3032 form.

Did you guys received an automated confirmation right away after sending email? or how long did it take? I'm so afraid that they have not received our email! I have also read somewhere that sometimes NVC inbox has spam blockers for those free email domains.. could this be our case? and if so, what should we do?!

Any input will be greatly appreciated it!

GOOD NEWS! I just called today and and they just received my papers but NVC rep told me to wait for 10-20 business day before i get my case #. Whew! It took a month to get there... Oh well, I'll take it! Slowly but surely! Thank God! Can't wait to submit our DS-3032!

Con grats!!! For me, it took them about 4 days to get the case number after they confirmed that they have received my case, but AOS and DS3032 were sent on the same day!! Good luck on the rest of your journey!!

huh frickin' 90 days wait! We're approved by USCIS on June 8 and up till now no case # assigned yet. Hoping for good result soon and same goes to your petition too. I understand how you feel, it's difficult to stay calm and not be frustrated but the best thing we can do now is be patient and just do what you can on knowing what action you have to take and hopefully find solution to your problem. My NOA2 is from May 31 and still no case number either!! I was told they received our file on June 20 but today I called again and still no case number. CSR said to wait 2 to 4 weeks!! (which I don't believe because we know for a fact that it does not take that long to get the case number!).

Hi! I had the same issue. Received my NOA2 on May 31. Called every single day and nothing.. until yesterday when they told the same thing. So, I sent my approval notice I received via e-mail and I got a reply today confirming that they received our case yesterday. I spoke with the operator and she said that case number should be generated in the next few days. We just have to keep calling until being able to get that info. Hey my husband is having the same problem too Wonder what's wrong but hopefully NVC resolved it soon!

Hi! I just spoke with an operator and she told me that the page is down and what we can do is, put our case number on a piece of paper.. and include it in the packet.. I asked if they needed copy of the payment receipt and she said.. that she did not need that.. Doing this is definitively an option, but I am not even sure what if is the best thing to do.. or if we should just wait to see if the page gets fixed. Has your husband called NVC to see what they tell him?

The status is already "Paid" but as I click on the option to print out the cover sheet I am getting an error. I have also tried the option of emailing the coversheet but I am getting an error as well. Anyone else experiencing the same issue? I have tried this both on explorer and Mozilla..

Wow! That was fast! I will do that as soon as i get my case number. I just called today and NVC rep told me that they just got my papers and processing. DOnt worry, I assure you that your case and INN numbers will be ready in a couple of days! (for us, it took 4 days after they confirmed that they received our case at NVC) and then on the same day we got everything!! Now we are just waiting for confirmation on the DS3032 that my husband sent on Sunday night.. still no news but hopefully we will hear something during the week!

I called on Friday June 24 (at about 9am) and got my INN and case number. I then, gave my husband's email address because they already had all my details. When I got home from work, around 5pm I checked my email and there they were.. first the AOS instructions email, then about 20 minutes later I got the DS3032 form.

It is typically just a day or two--in our case it was less than 24 hours--shocked the @%$& out of us.

Per AVR and also confirmed with operator, our case was completed last Thursday Sept 22 but for some reason I am still able to log into the payment portal. Is this normal? Anybody experiencing same thing? I spoke with operator and was told that they are waiting to schedule interview but looks like October is already full.. I am hoping that she is WRONG because I really wish the interview could be next month, plus there isn't a lot of movement at the Embassy in Paraguay and things usually run pretty quickly..

Case Complete?

Hi! I am still able to access the payment portal but I have received case complete on Sept 22 and yesterday received interview date, and also saw on DHL website that our package has been sent to the Embassy. So, I guess that best way to check if your case has been completed is by AVR or speaking with operator. In my case, I found out per AVR, then confirmed with operator, then a week later I got interview date. Good luck to you!!
