I need help with question #9. I was previously married in 1994 and in 95 I filed for my then husband thru Catholic Charities. They submitted all the paperwork to INS so I cannot remember if I ever filed a I-134. I never finished filing for him and we were divorced. Do I have to put his name at #9? I cant even remember the correct dates.

Jamaica Medical & Photo Clarification Needed

The medical needs to be schedule at least 7 to 10 days before the interview you will need 4 pics for the Medical and 6 for the Interview. Im not sure if they all need to match. My fiance went to Mobay Hope and there was no problem getting an appointment.

Yea they stopped accepting attachments. I sent my DS230 as an attachment and they opened it and one week later I sent them a letter and they said they do not open attachments. I guess its the mail or DHL.

Thats all well and good and we all have those speeches I am Haitian and Jamaican I come from that same stock however realistically when you say GET OUT where are they going? If their Father is not in their lives or family members have had enough where do they go the STATE? @ 18 yes but until then you are legally responsible or do you band together and work through all your options for the sake of family.

My girls have friends that are in the system and they see how it is with them and they see how happy their friends are when they are at our home. So they know they are better off at home and not in the system. That keeps them from acting up. As I said its a speech that I give them. I think I have only had to repeat that speech 2 times. Every kid is diffrent what works for mine might not work for others. I put the fear of God in them and it worked.

Lady, what do your children think about hubby?

They love him..when we were in JA in June they bonded very well with him. Thank God. When ever he calls the house phone he talks to them first before talking to me.
