Removing Conditions on Residency General DiscussionProblems at Vermont
OK just talked to CIS and they have no record of us taking the BIO on 12-1. So we will do it again 4-11.

Removing Conditions on Residency General DiscussionProblems at Vermont
I filed the I-751 for my Wife and included my 2 stepkids in October. A few weeks later I get 2 letters telling my kids that they where included on somebosy elses I-751. Another week go by and we get 2 appointments for Bio for my kids. I call the 800 number and get told that since my Wife is the primary petitioner to have her go too. So all of us show up at the appointment. After some research the tell me that the reason my Wife didn't have an appointment is that I didn't have her A# correct. Sure enough there is a A# problem on the Appointment form. But the forms that that we got for the Kids are correct. So all 3 have there Bio's taken. I then needed to fax the supervisor to resolve the A# problem. I then receive a letter that he can't help me since I am not the petitioner (Should have my wife sign the damn Fax). The problem was resolved so. Sooooooooooooooo today we get an invite for my Wife's Bio, 3 month after her Bio was taken.

Removing Conditions on Residency General DiscussionI was touched...

humbled... absolutely humbled by your interest in my timeline, but i would like to refrain from giving out more information than i already have. i am a husband of an absolutely gorgeous cr-1 creature and we are both anxiously awaiting her 10-year card through the process of removing conditiions. i just don't think there is any point in my saying much else as my timeline seems to correspond to everyone else's.if it hadn't, i'd let everyone know about it.

i do know what folks refer to as "touched" ... i just find it funny... pardon me :-)

The "interest" in your timeline is nothing personal. The data contained in your timeline (when it is filled in and updated) is used to give information to others looking to see "similar" timelines, in order to help them better understand their process/waiting time. It seems a bit selfish that you've taken advantage of the information posted in others' timelines to conclude that yours corresponds to everyone else's, yet you're reluctant to "give out more information than [you] already have."
The request to fill in your timeline is simply a way of giving back to this website that has helped you along in your immigration process.

Sorry, but what does these dates mean?

Thanks,

If you filed a I-751 (removal of conditions) then those are the dates your service center is working on, but only if your service center is slower then the standard the set. The standard for I-751 is 6 month. If the are faster then they publish the 6 month date.

Thanks kud!

Have you received any update on your wife's application? Earlier I saw a post from somebody who sent their I-751 to TSC in December and they just received their approval.

No not yet. Still waiting, but thanks for asking

I'm waiting too... Oh my gosh ..it gives me the chills just to think that there are people from october/november waiting....
I wish this was over already...Other centers are so fast...
I can apply for citizenship right now, but I really want to wait untill I get this approved. I think if I apply now, it won't speed up my process....actually it may delay LOLOL I don't know...

I strongly Agree

Removing Conditions on Residency General DiscussionVermont taking a long time?

Hiya -- nope, it's not you. Vermont is indeed taking its merry time with processing applications (maybe all the staff have gone on holiday to the California office, which is why things are so quick over there! <_< ). I had to wait almost a month for my receipt notice, although they were amazingly able to cash in their cheque within a few days... My biometric appointment was in March so I'm back to waiting again. You could try calling the USCIS and asking them if there's a problem, but I'm not sure how much help they'll be -- making an infopass appointment might be better but again it might turn out to be a complete waste of your time. I'd say be patient for a little while longer.

Good luck!

Look at my time line and know you need patience.

Removing Conditions on Residency General DiscussionNEBRASKA SERVICE CENTER

Hello all,
I was wondering that if anyone wanted to write to them as feedback about why their processing is slow for I751 compared to other service centers.I came accross this when I was on USCIS website. It might not provide that much help ,but maybe worth a try.....

Customer Feedback:
please write to:
USCIS Nebraska Service Center

Lincoln, NE 68501-2521

Yes, it's frustrating. But remember we are with our loved ones. It's not like it was when my Wife's K3 took 1 yr. The delay in the perm G Card is just a miner inconvenience.
