K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	Very Frustrated and Lonely	Hello Visa journey Before I vent, I just want to thank all of the vj members for posting questions and experiences.It has impacted me alot.Now time to vent.I sent in my 129f petition beginning June. On September 14 2009, I received an RFE because I forgot to check off section 3 part c which asked if I was a criminal. Of course the answer is no.I mailed it back that same night, and when I checked my status it says that it was received September 23 2009. My file was last updated September 28 2009. So what is the hold up. Ive been crying almost everyday because I miss my fiancee so. As Brandy the singer will say "This long distance is killing me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I've got you all in my thoughts. I've been talking to some peeps here who have fiancees in Peru, VSC filers, and most of us are in the embassy stage at this point. My paperwork has probably arrived at the Embassy now and I tried calling today, Good Friday, silly me, to try to get our interview date. The paperwork is certainly NOT going to arrive in time for him to complete everything; can't trust the mail there. Ah well. Looks like I'm waiting til Monday for a date. My best wishes to all of you that are still in the waiting stage. It's the worst! BUT, keep up the positive vibes and work towards good karma (volunteer, anything!). Admittedly this is incredibly heartening... I'm so excited with the possibility that it'll be soon. To be honest, it couldn't be soon enough! I'm sooo tired of being apart. I'll go back for a visit in March, for a week, and I know that it won't be long enough to see him and be with him and his family. Is there anything you can do to revitalize your previous petition? Thanks. I tried EVERYTHING in the book. I have an attorney, I made two more trips abroad and I have a TON of evidence (more than they will ever want to read), but it seems the Embassy has no desire to straighten this thing out now. The first petition is back at VSC and my understanding is it could take 13-18 months for them to review it............so, I 'passed go' and re-filed. We now have a 'marker' on our case and I had to file an IMBRA waiver. They may re-interview my fiance, but tell us to wait until the first petition is resolved. Many will say it's a 'no-no' (to refile before the first petition has been reviewed or issued an NOID or NOIR), but I gotta trust my attorney on this one.
