I have a idea your NOA1 is in Transit Via Mail for the hard copy. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	Good News/update	Just wanted to share that USCIS finally after 25 days of filing date has CASHED the check on December 19th , and although I have not received my NOA1 receit number to date I am just happy they have done something YEAHHH!! Now is it possible for me to call and get the receit number over the phone or do I just need to wait? K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	RFE case transfer to texas!! feb filer	My Fiance recieved RFE on the 07-08-13 requesting letter of intent,and our date to respond is within 84 day almost 3month on or before the said date or they will consider it void,however you date will be as mine.All you need to do call USCIS and and quote the letter you recieved it might be an error on there part. It is forwarded to NVC where they will generate a case number for you 2-3 weeks after approval. Then NVC sends to London. However the last and only time they touched my app was on Oct 3rd. I called today and they put in a service request for it. Does anyone know approx how long it takes to hear anything back and is their response usually your approval? I logged in and it showed Post Decision Activity. Our I129f was approved. I really feel so blessed. Keep the faith my friends. I pray everyone has such a smooth process. The crazy thing is.....Edouardo doesn't believe me. He lives in DR where they experience many power outages so he has no internet access. Yea i saw ur message after i had posted this. LOL funny huh?! Well NVC recieved my case from USCIS on 4/6 and they sent it to DR on 4/7 DR received it on 4/11 And today I got my interview date for 6/16 DR schedules ur interview date but to call the consulate in DR cost you money cuz u have to purchase a pin in order for ur call to go thru. Why pay when NVC can see all updates on ur case. Just call them for free. Plus they are sooo freakin nice unlike the people at USCIS. Congratulations! Felicidades! I thought that NVC would be closed today but I was bored and said let me just try to call and see if they're open. (Keep in mind that I called Tuesday to see if they could see my interview date and the guy told me that they have all my paperwork and that they are waiting for a date to become available in order to schedule my interview.)So anyways i ask the guy if there are any updates in the system for my case...he of coarse put me on hold and i was expecting the same answer as Tuesday but he said "There has been an update on your case....your interview has been scheduled for June 16, 2011 at 6:45am" I started crying and he could tell cuz my voice changed.
