I agree every situation is different. He could have got screwed I don't know Sus. I just want folks to be prepared in case this happens to anyone else. To many rules for one person to keep up with. lol You know Jamaicans get treated differently than we would.

He was going to stay with family and no intentions to go back. He was to go back to the officer when his stamp was ready to expire and get it extended. Got screwed How? He has friends that do this all the time. I've heard this happen to other another person also that traveled to the Bahamas. Sorry to say that money's rules. I'm sure there are Customs and Immigration officers in the states that do it. Especially in Miami. A lot of folks are money hungry. He said it was all planned out before he left Jamaica. They told him which officer to see and they even took him into the room sat the airport and played that off to. It's real crazy, but there are some many corrupt people out there.
