Thanks Wakey and Sus... I'm getting ready to book Ray's ticket to come next Friday, but still trying to figure out if I'm going to send him through New York or straight to Baltimore.


Does he have a possible job lined up when he arrives? I would let that and cost guide the port of entry. Don't you live up north. Can you drive a short distance to pick him up at JFK?



It's only a 4hr drive from Maryland, so I think I'll do it just to have it if he does want to work right away. There will be jobs I hope since the holidays are right around the corner. The other thing is taxes. He'll have to file his taxes if he's works in 2008. I don't know????? unsure.gif

So this weekend we found out that Dwayne can get a license or ga state ID only until his I-94 expiration date which is on 10/28. He is so disappointed. Has been studing for the exam and then to be told he can get one that is good for 8 days.

This is the stuff that makes me wish we'd married and waited 2 years for all the greencard ####### to be over. The red tape at different governmental agencies blows!!

This was one of my best tips ever. 1. Because we were approved and spent a good amount of time together just Ray and I 2. because I did absolutly NOTHING. Pure relaxation.

Also, because I was able to meet Island, Honey and their SO's. Everyone was so nice. I wish I would have spent more time with them, but maybe we'll get a chance to here in the states....

Sus, Shades is off the hook. I stayed to see the midget and wanted to vomit with all the anybody come get some sex acts. Yuck! I'm glad I was able to experience it though.

Yesterday was crazy on the beach. I now know what ray and his friends have to deal with on a day by day basis. We were hanging out with all his friends who ride jetskis on the beach and I was chillin sitting in a tree taking in some cool breeze when all of a sudden I see all the jetskis running for their bikes and hitting the wata hard. The police guy arrived, but one of rays friends didn't pull out in time. The police guy stood in back of the bike and ray runs down there along with his friend and try to snatch the bike from the police. Well all I heard was a gun shot so I jump out the tree and run down there to get rays azz away and I hear another gun shot. The police shot again. I pulled rays azz back up there with me. All the people came out from their shops cussing the police. Ended up locked up his friend Geesie and taking his bike. Ray always talked about the ####### they have to put up with, but I was able to see it for myself yesterday.

Then after that was all over, everybody was out there cussing the police andd this one officer that was working on the other side of the beach came up to the fence and said something smart. They were cussing his tail out telling him to suck him mother and all kinds of craziness. Thry were all mad and yelling.

Today will be a better day. Sorry for typos. I'm on my blackberry.

I hate the last night in Jamaica. It's pure sadness for me and Ray. He's always is there to lift my spirits, but sometimes that doesn't even work. So, right now I have butterflies in my tummy, aching along my neck and back and a sore throat. I'm a natural mess. lol

Before my day gets away from me and I don't have a chance to log back on, I just want to thank each of you that have been riding with me since I first thought about the Visa process and joined VJ. (Not calling names, you know who you are) I must say this is truly the best forum I have ever been connected to. It's a true addiction. Thanks for all of the opinions/advise whether positive or negative that you given to me. It has really helped me along the way. I'm heading to Jamaica with positive vibes and it's because of you guy's. Now let me say this and don't fuss me out. Whether the results of our interview are GOOD or BAD, please know that I will be ok. I mean this. I will e-mail or call Lawny or Manya as soon as I can step out of the embassy doors and can get to my phone to let them know my status. Approval!!!!!!! lol I will miss you guy's while I'm gone and will try to login to see what's going on.
