However, I already sent the K1 petition on Thursday. Should I anticipate an RFE or should I wait? I could always anticipate that I will get RFE'd and mail her the documents internationally and overnight. But it's a cost I would like to avoid if there's a chance the petition will go through without the signs on the attachements to the G-325A. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	I think I made a big mistake when mailing back RFE	S&J, I found that using priority-mail-delivery-confirmation is usually good for these. You can track when it was delivered, and this is much cheaper than getting signature or certification. In all other circumstances, I would have done that, but because the RFE came with it's own return envelope with barcode, I was thinking that putting the envelope inside an express envelope would have slowed it down, once it got to CSC. Anyway, with your K-1 Application send in your current orders and any that you have pending for a move to a theater of action where the biggest danger isn't getting run over by traffic after 'working'. And while one reference to being a Marine as a job might be overlook-able, two in the space of a dozen words is not. You don't work as a Marine, you ARE a Marine. You don't have a contract, you have a commitment. Think what you will, if he'd been in my company in MY Marine Corps. (again, if you've never BEEN a Marine you won't get it) I'd have been adjusting his attitude. 'Working' as a Marine would be on my list of things to fix right below him telling his friends I was his boss Cap'n Powell. Neither would go over well. Marines don't kick a$$ everywhere they go because they are better people. They don't because they neccessarily have better weapons. Rifleman to rifleman, it comes down to commitment and who you are. I am glad none of you ever have to lay in a ditch and strain to see and hear what's happening over the embankment next to someone 'working' as a Marine. I can't even comprehend how that statement comes out of a Marine's mouth. When you are 'working' you have a job. When you have a job, you can quit. When you quit you will die. When you die next to another Marine, they are likely to die too. Yes, my undies are always in a knot about some things. What comes out of your mouth is what was in your mind. And some 'jobs' aren't jobs to some people. Trust me. Neither ever came near military service. She didnt go with any phone records emails or pics with other people in them during her first interview I joined vj sometime in october n I came across ur story,it was so sad n scared me too since my interview was in nov.As God will have it I went for mine n got approved! Thank God! But I stii use to think about ur situation since ur fiance had to go for a 2nd interview! I can't tell u happy I am to hear she has been approved! Congratulations! Hi VJ, Well Last September my fiance was not given her visa due to lack of evidence.. I came on VJ very sad and u guys made me feel better with motivation and well wishes.. Her interview was Monday Dec 5th yesterday and she called me saying that the consulate office caught a fire and they rescheduled everyone.. I was so sad and frustrated but good thing is that they told her to come back today.. Well she called me and told me she got her visa.. The new interviewer asked her if she brought proof.. He saw over a years worth of phone records, emails, pics and skype.. he told her he didn't need to see the rebtel history which was weird to me.. He also asked if all the one minute calls on the att bill was her calling me to let me know to call her back and she said it was and the bill showed me calling her back with the rebtel local access number.. I want to say to all of u guys going through it. keep your head up have faith your time will come very soon!... God bless u all.. today is a good day! IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Process & Procedures	am i the only one	I don't really know how to start this but i have to say this, am i alone in in having reservations about moving to the US with my wife i honestly think we would have a better life here in the UK for one we won't ever have to worry about going bankrupt through medical bills also i earn far more than i ever could in the USA my wifes family works pretty much 24/7 on a couple of jobs just to keep their heads above water also i really don't like the American work culture as in live to work rather than work to live maybe i have just seen the negitive side of being in america but to be honest i'm scared about our future life i also don't like the fact that there is no middle ground there as far as politics go i neither agre with the left or right of politics but in the USA there is no middle party sorry about lack of punctuation yours eric you should give it a go and if things dont work out maybe she can consider moving to England.. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	Proof of having met	hi, What they wanted from us for proof was pics of us with other people in the pics not just pics of only us.. i sent yahoo chat logs and email and they told my fiance it wasn't enough.. They wanted telephone records.. Even if u use calling cards you need records of the calling cards and also save the hard copy of the calling cards.. I also sent flight records and my boarding pass from the trips i made to see her.. I am planning to show around 25 pics of just both of us but not anyone else in it. No boarding passes but Passport Entry and Exit stamps. Think these are sufficient. Just pending one document; Police Clearance from my country. Interview date is nearing, keeping my fingers crossed. Lord..! Help me..! ---------------------------------- 23rd May - filed 129f 1st Aug - Request for Evidence 26th Aug - Approved 7th Sept - NVC Case number 21st Sept - Chennai, India Consulate fixed interview on 18th October. My fiance just had her interview on the 20th so i can say if u dont have boarding passes then print out the itinerary from the flight and also make copies of the passport page that has the entry and exits stamps from immigration. My fiance had lots of pics even over 25 of just me and her and the interviewer said it wasn't proof. He said he needed to see other people with us in the pictures such as family and friends! Also make sure to have phone records, emails, calling card records, receipts from moneygram/ western union, chat logs and love cards!! i wish i would have ask more questions on this forum before she had her interview..
