K-3 Spouse Visa Process & Procedures	I-129F	Hello all Can anyone on here tell me what is involved with the processing of the I-129F I mean what is it that the INS do on the pettitioner's end to confirm if you are either approved or disapproved. K-3 Spouse Visa Process & Procedures	I-129F Receipt Number Blues	I am in the US (Atlanta GA) and my wife is in the UK. We received our I-129F NOA1 on January 31st with the receipt number But every time I go online to see the process status of my NOA2 and I enter the receipt number it comes back and states that it can't find the status with the receipt number given. So when I call the USCIS hotline and finally get a live person they can't see it either. Then they in turn patch me through to an INS agent (probably their teir 2 support) and they can see it. When I ask why can't I see it they tell me that sometimes they will post the receipt numbers and other times they will not. And that they have had numerous calls concerning this issue. It has now been 37 days siince I have been awaiting a decision on the NOA2. I was wondering if anyones has encountered this problem	wmhurd	Not Telling	0	2006-03-05 12:38:00

K-3 Spouse Visa Process & Procedures	Calling all K-3's	Attention K-3's I'm sorry all you K-1's who are going through a similar situation, as i'm sure that you love your Fiancee's just as much as we K-3's love our Spouses, but this is for K-3's because we all had to file I-130's. So please don't feel left out on this. Have any of you K-3 personnel been able to get a live person at the USCIS office? If so let's see what you are being told. This is my fifth time in the last month contacting these people and speaking to a live INS agent (The reason I get to speak to one is the fact the we still are unable to see our number). In all the five times I have spoken with an agent I have gotten five different stories concerning the visibility of my receipt number to where my case is in the process. I have been told everything from the system is down to your case has been approved and when I called back I was informed that not only had the case not been approved but it was still processing What I fail to understand is how can some cases with a date that is later than our own be approved alreadyand how is it that some people can see their receipt online and others can't. As we all know this is very frustrating, not to mention costly for spouses trying to obtain two households. I also noticed that the I-129F supposed to be a faster track in lieu of the I-130, but I have seen several people who while awaiting the I-129F approval the I-130 is approved first. "What's The Deal". I know that patience is a virtue (At least that is what my wife tells me) But it is getting a little hard to have patience when the Powers That be is holding all the virtue. You know it's ironice that "Married My Love" has the same date as you and they can now go online and see that their's has been approved, but what's even more ironic is that they are going to Canada and she doesn't need it. These people know that they have us by the cajones and they can sense the desperation in our voices when we call, but they still make us dance on the string.
