K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	When to expect NOA2	So hantengri, you are upset you have not received NOA 2 in 36 days, is that correct?   Be glad you are not at Texas Service Center, where it is about 180 days, and you are complaining?  42-49 days, really!   I really hope you get your NOA 2 tomorrrow, as you CSC people, are the """"chosen ones"""" and are shown a lot of favortism.,.,.compared to the TSC people.   With other people at that center getting theirs in 7 weeks, you should get yours also!  Just be thankful you are not at TSC, you are lucky..,.,!   I wish you the best, and hope it comes tomorrow.,.,.,in 2012-2013 my wife took 10 months and 4 days to POE, Atlanta, for her K-1..,.,..,.,it was very painful!   She is here, happily married, and we will be filing ROC in less than 1 year!     GOOD LUCK to you!   Hope it is tomorrow!	raven52	Male	Philippines	2014-09-18 00:44:00

Please enter	Abdo, Did you and your wife ever consider a K-1 visa, get engaged, then file a K-1 instead of Cr-1? K-1 is usually, 1/2 the time as the visa you are seeking. Then be married in the USA, and adjust status. Just wondering if you explored all your options.,.,.,. If you are legally married, in what ever country, you are not eligble to file a K-1.  I just printed off an application for my friend who is going to the Philippines in July to meet, his future wife, and establish a relationship, for evidence.   The first requirement for a K-1 is, 1.  You are free and legal to marry.   You are already married.,.,.,.you are taking up time at USCIS with one petition that could never be valid, I just wonder "to myself only" is this fair to people who filed one petition?	raven52	Male	Philippines	2014-05-27 00:12:00
