K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	Texas Service Center - Who has gotten a fast approval for K-1?	I think this applies to TSC, my wife is from the Philippines, and we were 186 days to NOA2.,,.then another 4 months to get through NVC, medical, and interview.,.,.,.as a well known poster on this site says.,.,.,."this will be long".,.,..,., and "this will not be easy".,.,.,      hope your Sept. comes true.,.,,.but my personal opinion is .,.,.,maybe the first of the year, at """BEST".,.,.   TSC, is giving alot of Filipinos expidited replies, due to the typhoon, and those petitions might be getting ahead of yours.   I feel your pain.,.,you have "no idea" of going through the Filipino medical """Sputum""" fiasco.,.,. so I know pain without my loved one!   We were 10 monts and 4 days, until, P.O.E..,., Alanta..,.,.,then harrassment to the 10 level!   Good luck on your journey, I hope you make Sept..,.,.,.but plan otherwise .,., but if it happens.,., then be so very thankful!	raven52	Male	Philippines	2014-04-17 01:00:00

I do not mean to be a "wet blanket" BUT,.,.,you had your NOA 2 .,.,.,in 13 days!  I am very happy for you, and you certainaly did your K-1 expertly, and no problems, but how can we celebrate a 13 day approval of NOA2, when we have people in Texas waiting 5-7 months, and more!   When I see a Texas person get  a less than 60 day NOA2.,.,.,.then I would be excited and glad!  I am certainaly glad you have your loved one, but there is so much disparity, at the two service centers, is sickening to read about!   Congrats, and good luck with your AOS, and a happy sucessful marriage.	raven52	Male	Philippines	2014-06-27 00:31:00

I predicted this "rapid development" middle of July, I knew it was coming, as I had my source. As for where the backlog is going, no idea, but I could guess. And be accurate. I am fearful, this is not going to last much more than 2-3 months.,.,..,then TSC will be typical TSC! This USCIS system is as "broken as this U.S. Government"..,.,it is all a disaster! Just take cert. copy of marriage license.,.,just please do not make the mistake we did.,.,.,.,get your ssn as soon as you get here. Also, you must have all this done before 14-17 days before your I-94 expires! Just advice from someone who made a huge mistake with SS card. Changing your name is easy""""after"""" you marry.,.,.,as your I=94 has your maiden name. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	Time frame for K-1 Visa	My wife is from Cebu, and it took us 10 months and 4 days, ""BUT"" she had the almost 3 month delay for the "sputum fiasco".,,.,when some weeks the doctors are told to  call "suspicious" 30-50% of the x-rays, trigggering the 9 week culture observance.  This was painful.,.,.,.as the week before I had her sent to a very good clinic, for a chest x-ray, and it was "totally" clear, so the "rumor" that floats around the Philippines about this "sputum fiasco".,..,.,there is something to it.   Being in CSC, I think if everything would go, perfect, he could be in the USA in 3-6 months.,.,.CSC, is way ahead of TSC, but TSC sent thousand of cases somewhere.,.,.,.I would guess CSC.,.,.,so there fast approvals may slow down.,,.,.,but things are better in TSC..,.,at least for a few months.,.,.,then TSC.,.,will be just like always..,.,.,.,dragging behind CSc.,.,   Anyway, good luck and a speedy approval.,.,.,and questions, just ask the experts here.,.,.,.,they know what they are talking about!	raven52	Male	Philippines	2014-08-28 23:59:00
