K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	Decison denial (merged)	Something is seriously not being said, as none of this makes sense.  My personal opinion is you did a very poor job of your documentation. !.  Boarding, passes, not tickets..,,. 2.  Hotel receipts. 3. Credit card expenses while visiting 4. Multiple pictures, who, what, when, where!!!    Dated! 5.  Any divorces decrees, ""certified""" 6.  Proof of income.   All you need to do is follow what is on this site, but just """"to me""""..,.,,. you did a very poor job submitting a 129F.,.,.,. Trisha89, Do you know how to use Igor's List on this site, if not..,.,learn it, it is very accurate are far as I am concerned, and it was ""spot on"" with my wife's K-1.,.,..,. Get a "grip" (reality) sometimes this is a 3,4,5 month process.,.,.,.but more than likely, you will be just like me and my wife, we were 186 days, for NOA 2..., get a grip, this may be two times the length you expect, 5 months, does happen.,.,.,.but not very often! THEN.,.,get ready for NVC, medical, interview,and the new one AP, which you could be in for months (read one guy in there, AP for over a year) (and hope your loved one does not fail chest x-ray, like mine did) which was a fraud, in my opinion, it is just the way the Philippines works, at St. Luke's,.,.,.there was nothing wrong with her lungs.,.,BUT it cost us almost 3 months delay.,.,.,be ready for anything, THIS IS NOT A RUBBER STAMP PROGRAM!.,.,You never know what issue will delay your paperwork! As for right now, you certainly are not """delayed""""" with only 5 months in USCIS!!! There are many hurdles to jump.,maybe you will make them all, maybe you won't.,.,..in the end, it took 10 months and 4 days from NOA 1 to P.O.E. Atlanta.,.,.this process is not for the "faint of heart".,., or for someone expecting, a "certain" amount of months for a "certain" things to happen! WHY CANNOT ALL K-1 BE LIKE THIS, AS IT SHOULD BE, but me and my wife had to go through the Dinasour called the Vermont Service Center, it should be retired to an ancient relic! AND all employees, caused to "walk the plank"..,.., guess you can tell we had a great experience with VSC, all 186 days of it! Airline tickets are not good enough, it takes "boarding passes" pictures with times, dates, and who is in them and where written on the back in pencil, hotel receipts, food receipts, letters between the two of you, pledging your un-dying love and intesnt to marry, handwrittn.,.,I could go on and on, .,.,.tax returns, proof of job, income, a letter from your employer supporting your quest, alll of this would make your case better, I think..,., I hope it all is just a mistake, but just from what you said, I would think you needed to send much, much more evidence. These very quick K-1 visa's are coming to an end! It took me and my wife 186 days, for K-1, then problems, after NVC, and was delayed nearly 3 months on the physical. You are not satisfied, about being months, in my opinion your time is just now comeing. One regular "poster" on this site, says two things, "This is not going to be a short period of time".,.,.,and, "you are not going to like this".,., not his exact words, but close. I hope your NOA2 is tomorrow, as it is deserved, for sure, but I have seen many go over 8 months, and you seem a little bit irate at USCIS, which is well deserved, BUT.,.. it is not going to do one bit of good if you get 10 senators and congressman, to intervien on your part. Hey, if no "red flags" or rfe's, your time is due, just hang in there, your time is close, for sure. But, it took, 10 months and 4 days from filing NOA 1 to P.O.E., Atlanta for my K-1.,. you have a long way to go, we all have to go through it, it is their game, their rules, we just play by them! K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	Did I just get approved within a month time or is this a mistake	Does anyone know why all American citizens cannot be treated the same, CSC has always (95%) of the time been so much quicker and more efficient than (PITIFUL) Vermont Service Center, and TSC also.   How can CSC be doing this procedure in days, to about 2 months..,.,and we have people waiting 6 months and more in TSC.,.,and I will just mention that me and my wife came through the government's immitation of an immigration service center (VSC)  in late 2012 and my wife enterring the USA in April 2013.   IF CSC, can do approvals in a timely manner, why cannot Texas, and in the past Vermont?   By the way a "BIG congrats".,.,., for your quick approval.,.,here is hoping for more good news seen here!	raven52	Male	Philippines	2014-04-21 00:21:00

Yes, it is a long grueling processs, just know it for what it is, and be in it for the long haul, you know the timelines and what to expect (if not refer to this site) and it hurts so bad some times you wonder if it is worth it.  IT IS worth it!  It took 10 months and 4 days for me and my wife, with many complications, but we mae it, and she has been here over a year, a nice job, and we arre very happy, Filipino womens make wonderful wives!   Good luck on your journey, and pace your self, and after a month, cross off that month, and you.,.,.,now have progress!	raven52	Male	Philippines	2014-05-17 00:22:00

This is great news for both of you!  I do not mean to be a "wet blanket".,..,but I have read here many times, the No. 1 rule, "Never buy an airline ticket, until you have a visa in hand".,.., there is just too many things that can go wrong!    We have read it here so many times.  I went to Cebu, Phils. the last week of Jan. 2013, after my bride, she failed the physical, I did not get her out of there until April 24, 2013!   I believe in the this unwritten rule, never buy a ticket unilt you have a visa in hand!!!!!	raven52	Male	Philippines	2014-06-21 01:08:00
