The OEC, which costs 100 pesos (2$) is only valid for a single trip. So a worker has to apply and pay for it every time he or she travels abroad from the Philippines either upon getting a new contract or simply returning to work from a holiday. More travel means more money for the government through these OECs. She said, "Let's go to my apartment." After arriving at her apartment jane turned to me and said, "Boss, if you don't mind, I'm going to step into the bedroom for a moment. I'll be right back." "Ok." I nervously replied. She went into the bedroom and, after a couple of minutes, she came out carrying a huge birthday cake... Followed by my wife, kids, and dozens of my friends and co-workers, all singing "Happy Birthday". And I just sat there... On the couch... Naked. Filipinos denied Passport if we committed crime.    Unlike Americans Convicted criminals/felons are entitled to a passport just like everyone else. You will not be denied a passport just because you have a criminal record. You will however be denied a passport if the criminal background check shows that you have an outstanding arrest warrant or if you are in arrears more than $3000.00 in child support.
