Philippines	November 2009 Filers	hi. I'm one of the november filers. is there anyone here who filed on november too? I always check Igor's list (located in timelines) for all those who got their NOA2 already and I just noticed that those who got their NOA1 on november haven't gotten their NOA2 yet (except for one couple). but some who got their NOA1 on december already have their NOA2. what's going on??? Philippines	stamp on the DS 156 form	how did you do with the interview? Well I guess you did great!! Congrats in advance!! What did they ask? Just curious since my fiancee will be interview next month, tenatively!!.... Congrats thanks! yes i did pass with lots of prayer, i'm sure your fiancee will too. they asked me quite a few questions. these are the ones i can remember, in random order: - where and when did i meet him - my fiance's job - why/how did i decide i was going to marry him after being together for such a short time - how did i know he loves me - what kind of wedding are we planning to have, in a church or courthouse (i answered courthouse but i said we are planning to have a church wedding too) - when are we planning to have the church wedding - why didn't we get married when he was here - was he married before - does he have a child - how old is his child - have i talked/do i talk to his child - how old is my fiance that's all i can remember right now. the only thing they took from me are my original birth cert, original CENOMAR, original NBI clearance, and the affidavit of support. my affidavit of support file contained the I-134 form, 3 years of tax transcripts and their W2s, most recent W2 with the form 1040, 3 most recent pay stubs, letter from employer, 2 most recent bank statements, and his most recent 401K statement. hope that helps!	gene and mai	Female	Philippines	2010-04-11 11:42:00

Philippines	stamp on the DS 156 form	hi guys. I have a question. I just paid the visa application fee at BDO today. they didn't ask me for any of the forms (but I brought them with me). the lady just told me how much, made me fill out the bill receipt with my name, etc. she then gave me the blue and white copy of the bill payment receipt and one DS156 form. she told me to fill that out or I can also download it. I got confused 'coz I read here on VJ that they will validate/stamp (PAID) the forms (don't know which ones). so I asked the lady if she's sure she doesn't need to validate my forms 'coz I have them with me. she said no, I just need to show the blue copy on my interview day. did she do it wrong? do I have to return and have my forms validated/stamped PAID???? please help me! my interview is on APRIL 8!	gene and mai	Female	Philippines	2010-04-05 04:39:00

Philippines	Delay in Case processing because of Haiti Immigration	Hello, I am new to Visa Journey and would like to know if there is anyone else whose case is being delayed due to the Haiti Immigration case that is being expedited at the moment? We have completed submission of all necessary documentation for our CR1 application to the NVC and my husband and I were just waiting for our case to be forwarded to the Manila US embassy so i can get my medical and interview appointment. It has been 6 weeks and up to this point, our papers have not left the NVC. Two weeks ago when we talked to the NVC operator, she apologized and told us our papers are complete but the backlog of the Haiti immigration has caused delays in alot of people's cases. I am just waiting for my passport with visa and will be going to the CFO office to get the sticker. I have two questions - 1) Will the sticker be obtained on the same day that you registered to get your CFO sticker? Or do we need to go back another day? 2) One of the requirements for US bound immigrants are Original and photocopy of Immigrant Data Summary. Where do we get that? So I suggest you prepare all your necessary documents like NBI, BC, CENOMAR, ETC... then start collecting all your proofs like emails, chat logs, pictures in a simple bendable album, phone records, etc...
