OP (and quoted poster), read post #3 in this thread: http://www.visajourn...ence-questions/ Furthermore, CDs and electronic media will NOT be seen or accepted by the embassy/consulate, at least when they're brought in person. that's what i included and it is very clear that we got approved, you know what, based from my own experience, its always better to supply them with more evidence than what is needed, we decided to include cd just to show them that we really do have a relationship and IT GOT ACCEPTED, i know it was a little bit too much but we just wanted to make sure, and we got approved really fast with no problem, how's that?	mikeuday19	Female	0	2010-06-06 00:41:00

If my calculation is right and we won't have problems with our paperwork, we'll get our approval first week of March! Crossing fingers right now... thanks everyone, we've been waiting for this day since we filed. my fiance checked the USCIS website everyday just to see if we got touched but dismayed that it didn't changed a bit. we're wondering what went wrong or if we lacked something but they should have had asked for an RFE, and it turned out to be a great surprise. what a coincidence, we got engaged feb. 2,2006 and we got the email the same date but only after a year. well, we both turned out laughing saying "what a great gift for an anniversary." LOL! anyway, this is not the end of it all. there are still many things to accomplish ahead. my fiance has done his part, now it's my turn to do mine. i wish that God would still be there to guide us all through out....all we need is to trust in HIM! Because 034 would be 11.21 not 11.20 as you say. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	hi everyone	Hi everyone, My fiance (USC), thru our lawyer, filed the I-129F last June 29th. And since then, we have been feeling the anxiety of waiting waiting waiting. I'm just so glad I found this site with you guys on the same boat as we are ... truly a consolation :energetic: I have been around the site for a few days, and I must say, the info from the site, and more so, your first-hand experiences have shed light on a lot of questions in my head. Thank you so very much. I was reading a thread the other day from a couple (fiancee also a filipina) about a name problem, and I was just glad our birth certificates are all in order. Then I remembered just now that there is a Junior typed in my fiance's passport (when in fact he's not a Junior)! He didn't even notice it I'm sure.. I did notice it (and on his second trip here already), and then we totally forgot all about it until now. He submitted copies of both birth certificate and passport with the I-129F, and apparently, our lawyer didn't notice it either. The same way he missed typing Junior in my ex's name when the forms were filled out.... good thing I caught that one! The same way the court missed typing Junior in my ex's name in the first page of the annulment decision, just thankful they typed it right in the dispositive portion which is the more important part! But that's another story.. just so you know how this Junior conundrum has been haunting me! I know I have to email our lawyer about this.. and pronto.... but I would appreciate hearing from you, guys.. But seriously if you have scanned images of your checks online you can get your receipt number off that and use it to track your status. Hi guys, Found the 13-digit with first 3 letters at the back of the check my fiance issued, but it doesn't work with the USCIS Case Status Online System. On August 2, 2006, we responded to your request for more information concerning your case. If you have not received our response within 30 days from this date, please call customer service at 1-800-375-5283. I had also inquired about my case directly via the CSC email address and got this back... The California Service Center (CSC) does not accept inquiries from the general public via email. All inquiries must be submitted to the National Customer Service Center by calling 1-800-375-5283. The National Customer Service Center will route your inquiry to the appropriate USCIS District Office or Service Center, and will track your inquiry to a final resolution. If you've received a transfer notice regarding your case, please inform the National Customer Service Center at the time you submit your inquiry. The National Customer Service is available Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, PST. I have never seen this before...How did they respond to my request??? What request are they referring to? My email? Is it possible someone messed up and I was supposed to be approved? It is clearly not an RFE. Can someone shed some light here???? Hi! K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	RFE for IMBRA after June 2006?	i have copy and paste this timeline from another forum and she told me they didnt get any RFE so im thinking they're using the new one... just that wow they got approved so early!!! JUNE 4, 2006 - FILED I-129F to CSC JUNE 22, 2006 NOA1 - notice of initial processing JUNE 29, 2006 NOA2- case approved (forwarded to NVC) JULY 13, 2006 NOA2 - notice from the NVC i cant still figure out how did it happen but i guess one lucky couple! how could they have used the new form when they filed on June 4th? see this excerpt from the IMBRA Implementation Guidelines posted by Captain Ewok: C. Treatment of Forms I-129F filed after approval of revised Form I-129F The revised Form I-129F became available to the public on June 15, 2006. USCIS will continue to accept older versions of Form I-129F for 30 days following that date (i.e. if post-marked on or before July 15, 2006). Hi, Just in case mine was one of the timeline you happened to look at... our lawyer had old forms filled up before January 15th (June 14 to be exact), but our application was received by USCIS June 29th.... i think June 15th was the day the new form was posted on the USCIS site.... anyhow.. yup, I've seen some VJers who used the new form and got their IMBRA RFE's anyways... except that maybe, just maybe, some questions were left blank when they filled up the new form that should've been answered??? sometimes the questions leave one wondering how to properly answer them.. N/A???... None???.. leave blank??.... just speculating and then some who filed in May and gotten their NOA1's early June but not IMBRA RFE's.... That is a good guess, but as I am an obsessive IMBRA researcher that was not the reason, you guessed it I was one of those who used the new form and got a RFE. according to the VSC they were so overwhelmed with returned forms that they simply threw the new ones in with the old ones and RFE'ed everyone. If I can find it we had a thread examining the new form and the RFE to see if some language change was the reason, but alas it was a simple bureaucratic foul-up Jay oh my.... now that answers the question... kind of figures... and to think some waited for the new form to come out before filing their petitions... ... and still some even thought of filing again, having used the old form, and somehow hoping they would not have to wait for the IMBRA RFE! patience is a virtue.... oh my.. well, i just hope not everyone who used the new form lately will have to play the RFE waiting game too!
