PhilippinesHow much is terminal fee & travel tax at NAIA terminal 1?

When my husband purchased my ticket online at PAL, we chose to include the travel tax (1,620 pesos) in the total ticket price.  I only paid the 550 pesos terminal fee at NAIA 2.

Maybe other airlines have that option as well.

Advance medical is okay.  That's what I did because of the dreaded sputum exam.  Aside from SLEC's requirements, she must present any email from NVC that shows her MNL case number.

So this means I will be done faster if I don't go there too early? My medical is this coming tuesday and I'm trying to figure out the best time for me to go to St. Lukes. I am dreading lining up at 3 in the morning lol

PhilippinesHelp Re AOS Fee

Hi my mother filed for my petition under f2a. My case status says "ready" but my mother hasn't paid the AOS Processing Fee. Also, we didn't receive email to send DS261. I sent an email to NVC and the response I received contained the words (non-verbatim) "the consulate received this case for expeditous processing" now my question is how can I pay the AOS fee if my case is at the Manila consulate already? Thank you to anyone who will answer! smile.png

Call the embassy directly so they can give you instructions and the date of your interview. wink.png

The AOS and IV fees will be paid at the embassy on your interview day.  The AOS and IV packages will be submitted to them as well so prepare everything.  The AOS forms will require your petitioner's & joint sponsor's original signatures.

PhilippinesNoob question

hi

they can request paperwork up to 2 years prior your priority date becoming current, so you won't get your interview until it does, maybe over a year from now. you have to check the visa bulletin every month, for January the PD is May 1st 2003

Agree.  It will be more than a year before your PD becomes current (depending if the VB will continue to move on a regular pace, if it slows down or becomes stagnant, the longer you'll wait).

Good luck.

Our last option is, mabuti nalang meron extra copy si mama ng mga documents, tapos ipapadala nalang nya yun sa amin tas kami nalang magpapadala sa 2go.

Ito po talaga ang dapat niyong ginawa kasi lahat ng 221g docs dapat via 2go sinusubmit together with the 221g form na binigay sa inyo.

apple21FemalePhilippines2013-05-08 20:21:00

My question is, who should send these files? Is it supposed to be my mother, the joint-sponsor or us(individually, my borther and I)? They've been asking the same things and we complied them.

Thank you once again. God bless.

Your mother sent you the documents, right?  The instruction on the 221g form says that those docs should be mailed to USEM via 2GO, meaning it should be YOU who will mail it in.

How many 221g forms did you receive?

Or better yet, call USEM directly para malaman kung ano pa kailangan nila from you or kung nareceive nga nila yung docs na pinadala niyo. yes.gif

yeah, there's no more documents that US embassy needs from us puro lang sa nanay ko. So I guess it will be better.

But 2go is the recognized courier of the USEM. Will it affect anything kung ipapasa namin directly sa USEM, baka kasi magkaebrya or anything. Thanks.

Mom should send it to you, then you mail it to USEM via 2GO as instructed on your 221g form.

Hi happy to hear another family will be reunited again. God bless and Good luck on your interview. My question ako. Ako yung nag file ng petition for my family. Here are my details:

I got here as single Oct 2010 and received my Green Card pero may Girlfriend ako and 2 kids dyan sa Pinas. Bumalik ako sa Pinas para pakasalanan sya then bumalik ako ng US

Then nag file ako ng petition F2A and their priority date is OCT 2011. My question is kailangan ko pa bang mag file ng separate petition or form I-130 para sa 2 kids ko? Kasi ang file ko lang is isang I-130 for my wife pero naka indicate naman dun yung details ng dalawang anak namin. Do I need to file a completely separate I-130 form for my two kids and also pay a separate filing fee? If you need more info just let me know. Thanks in advance. God bless on your JOURNEY!

No need to file i-130 for your kids. They will become derivatives of your wife on her F2A petition. When your wife receives the Choice of Agent and Address form (DS-3032), tell her to include a letter stating that she wants your children to be her derivatives, attach the children's original NSO birth certificates on the letter.

So i suggest na kumuha na sila Vember. CEMAR ko in 3 days time pa makukuha. :-)

Talaga? Thanks for the heads-up and good luck sa medical at interview! :-)

COPY! Maraming salamat po., di n kailangan ung police certifcate no? NBI n lng.? Ok po

Police clearance is only needed if you lived or worked in a FOREIGN COUNTRY (outside the Philippines) for 12 months or more. You need to get police clearance from that foreign country.

Kung nasa Philippines lang kayo your whole lives, then no need to get Police Clearance. The NBI clearance is enough.

Cert ay walang "I" at "II" the rest meron (birth cert.

It means delay on your visa approval. As soon as ma-receive niyo ang interview letter niyo kumuha na agad kayo ng bagong NBI clearance with your correct names.
apple21FemalePhilippines2013-03-31 20:37:00
PhilippinesF2A from Philippines

How many nbi clearance do i need to get? I mean, do i need to have one using my name before i got married? Or i just need the married one?

You need to get the NBI under your married name (if you are using your married name on all your docs/forms). You don't need to get a separate NBI for maiden name because your full maiden name will appear in the clearance together with your husband's last name.

If corrections have been made on your name (as reflected on your NSO BC), you should also get an NBI with AKA.
