K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	January 2011 Filers!!!	Hi Everyone! hope someone can help me.. We received our approval last May 12. Originally, my consulate is Abu Dhabi, but then i went back to my home country which is the Philippines due to the Political turmoil happening in the Middle East. I was back here in my country since April 2. My Fiance sent Vermont a letter to change my address and consulate, he was then advised to wait for 30 days for Vermont to send the notification that they were able to change it, Now, after 30 days my Fiance called Vermont and they told him that they dont know anything about it and he was advised to do an info pass which he did. So we thought after the info pass that everything is okay already since the lady told him that they already change it and that to wait for the notification. The problem is, when he received the hard copy of NOA 2, it still indicate that the consulate is Abu Dhabi, how can we change it? its already been 7 days since we received our approval. Whom shall we call? Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated. Here's the case: I am the beneficiary and i am currently working here in UAE. WIth all the things that are happening in the middle east, me and my fiance decided that i should go home to my country which is the Philippines. My questions are: 1. how are we going to transfer the consulate from Abu DHabi to Manila? will it be by writing? call USCIS? fax them? The Manila embassy does NOT send out a packet, you go online to complete everything. You will eventually get a letter from the embassy but if once you get your MNL # you get rockin' 'n' rollin' you will be done with your interview before the letter arrives.... http://www.ustraveldocs.com/ph/ The Philippne embassy does not send out a packet, only a letter but you do not need to wait for that letter to get everything completed once you have the MNL #. I know its furstrating to wait and not knowing, I went through it on Oct. 10th when the touch date changed but the status still said case pending. Philippines	email from Manila embassy	Receieved an email from the embassy today . Stating they reviewed our case file and requested some documents that should be taken to the interview . My main questions is they requested a Cenomar of no marriage . Now we are CR-1 so how could we obtain that ? It would be a Cenmar of marriage . Now I am guessing this is what they meant or want to see .   Fill out an application or request for a CENOMAR.   Instead of the Certificate of Singleness, you will get the CEMAR (a.k.a.
