Hey Yiyi, after NOA2, how many months does it take to get an interview date?

AVARAGE WITHOUT BEING DISCOURAGE, I WOULD SAY 2 1/2 MONTHS USING JAMES OR LOTO'S GUIDE

NVC is making me lose my mind - 2nd RFE on I-864?

Anyway, don't want to make this posting too long, but in a nutshell I ended up having to email a copy of his PR card twice and overnight a hard copy.

I then had to get a supervisor involved. She said 10-14 days but it was really only like 5 or less - she was very nice (I had to call her back a second time as, although they assured her they were going to work on the file - they didn't and she had to go over there to see them a second time).

I have a theory about this - I think they frown on people making their own RFE coversheets - I can't remember who it was a month or so ago who tried Chris Parker's RFE coversheet and his file ended getting hung up as well.

So basically 3 things:

1. The operator may not have told you all that was missing.

2. I think they frown on people creating their own RFE coversheets.

3. Let the supervisor take care of it, I definately would not submit anything else, until it is requested. If you did not personally speak with a supervisor today, call back and ask to speak to one yourself.

(Oh and I also had the shifting dates thing for the 2nd RFE for the card and I also had many operators tell me to ignore the message - they had everything they needed with the corrected DS-230 - hence my belief that they can't see all that is missing - or requested).

How did you talk to a supervisor??? Did you call the regular NVC number and then ask the operator to pass you with the supervisor>>???
