You know Przy, I like your timeline specially the last part, I am wishing my case can be completed in a week after today (just entered into the system) like yours and maybe we (my husband and I) can still catch September Interviews in Nicaragua (although I don't think there are too many Nicaraguans applying for CR1, I know a few that applied and already got their K1) but still I heard that NVC set up the interviews of the next month in the first 2 weeks of the past month (how true is that?)

That's true, we have proved that the night shift is nicer than the day shift....
I wouldnt recomend you to send the ds3032 by email thoug, it's better by mail, I have known many. many cases now that never got anything after the autoresponse, and they have to mail it after all, i mean, it won't change your timeline at all and you will be sure that they will get it!!!!!!!! good.gif good.gif Good Luck

I don't know if it's that slow... but Loto say this:

NVC Assigns the Case# in the format LLLNNNNNNNNNN
Where:
LLL is 3 letter Foreign U.S consulate where applicant appears
First NNNN is the 4 digit year NVC assigned the case
Second NNN is the 3 digit Julian Date NVC assigned the case
Last NNN is the 3 digit serial number of the day NVC assigned the case

In my timeline I have that our case got to NVC 1 day after our approval but now i am doubting because my julian date is on june and not on july like i thought... remember, use Loto's guide now that you are in this part of the process

It takes forever.. we are almost done with our case and all we got in the mail was the ds3032, if it weren't have been for this guides we will be waiting to see what color the forms are!

It won't be a problem at all (as long as your name is the same as the ds3032 form).... but remember to apply for a new one before you move... We submitted my passport with my maiden name, called NVC and ask them if that would be a problem, and they say that the passport should have the name of the beneficiary as it appears in the ds3032 form....

Try and research for DCF, it's the best option you have... even if the Bangkok consulate doesnt allow it, and you have to move to Laos (both of you) for 6 months...
Your fiancee can easily get a residency card at bangkok (try that too)
You can also come back to the US, apply for a CR1, be appart from each other (sometimes even a year or more) and get the visa, by the way with this you will have problems because you haven't filed any tax return (i assume) so you will have a hard time gathering the information that the National Visa Center will request...

It takes a week or 2 to get the AOS bill and the bill is showing because that's how the system is built, but you have to wait until the IV bill is generated usually when they received and process the ds3032!!
Uses Loto's guide or james's shortcut, don't wait until your lawyer get the papers by mail, that can takes months
