Hi all,

I am doing my final preparation of all my evidence . I am going to put into ring folder. Anyone can advise whether this would be advisable? I'm planning to arrange the evidence by pictures, emails, phone bills, hotel reservations + train tickets and etc.

Or anyone has a better idea to share?

Your interview is this Thursday ya? I used an accordion folder, since that worked out better for me. All the documents needed were put in order as per the letter sent by the embassy. I figured it'd be easier to find that way. All in all it was about a few kgs by the time i was done with it. I'll put up a proper picture of how I arranged it when I can.

Mine is next thursday, august 15th. I have yet to gather all my evidence. Is not much because we never knew we need this . Only a couple of pictures, email n my phone bill..hehe..I was on prepaid previously.

Make sure u have enough rest when u reach the states. Hehehe..am so excited that is happening for u despite all d hard work.

I pray that everything will go well on my end too so I can have the excited n anticipation feeling u have now.

did you put a lot in your initial I130 packet? I brought a TON of stuff, but NONE were looked at! The officer only looked at what we sent in last August, with our I130 form! but it's nice to be overprepared than not being prepared :D

Hey JP and Tee- how did the interview go? Do update us when  you have the time! =)

hi everyone,

thought i'd just drop a note and let you wonderful people know that my visa has been approved. I had my interview on Aug 1st, although not without some drama (AOS form was missing a page) but that all didn't matter since I got approved. jest.gifjest.gifjest.gif

Picked up my passport on Aug 2nd at the US Embassy KL, and leaving for the States tomorrow, Aug 6th.

I'll do a proper write-uo about my experience once I'm back Stateside, last day at home so it's a lil crazy around here!

Very excited as I haven't seen my husband for about 3 months! Hopefully POE will be uneventful and we'll soon be reunited. He asked me if he should give me a hug or do a side-hug since my belly is so much bigger than when I left the US in May! I'm due the first week of Oct so we're going to have a lot to do before our firstborn gets here!

Thanks for your help, everyone, and good luck to those still going through this journey. It's been a long wait (we applied Aug 18 2012) but it's so worth it!

Hi All,
I am doing k1 visa as mentioned previously and I need to complete form ds-156. From question 26 onwards, I am not too sure what is the appropriate answer to put even though i know the answer.

Q26: how long do u intend to stay in the US. My answer would be : Forever. ( but would this be an appropriate way to answer?)

Q27: what is the purpose of your trip? My and would be : to get married and be with my fiance for the rest of my life. ( again, would this consider rude? )

when it comes to this fiance visa is clearly u want to get married and be with each other forever. But with the question asked that way. I am puzzled on how provide a professional and sincere answer ?

Anyone that answer this before can share some light please?

Based on a lil simple research here on VJ, I found:

http://www.visajourn...s-156-question/

q26.How long do you intend to stay in the US?>> PERMANENTLY

<<q27.What is the purpose of the visit>> MARRIAGE AND RELOCATION TO THE USA

At do you intend to look for a job, just write 'yes' (if you do) and write the field you're interested in looking. I just put 'education, journalism' since that's what I do.

Also, take a look at this: http://www.visajourn...Form-DS-156.pdf

Hope this helps.

Hi everyone

I went and did my medical exam at Lim Dispensary at Jalan Dato Koyah, George Town, Penang on Thursday (July 18). To get there was fairly simple -- if you're coming from the mainland, the easiest way would be to take the ferry. Once you reach the island, turn left into Port Weld and then right into Lebuh Penang and go straight before turning right into Jalan Dato Koyah, which is the next road after Lebuh Argyll. The clinic is fairly easy to find, and conveniently located. There is even a car par in front of the clinic so I parked my car there, paid Rm3 to the aunty waiting there (whole day parking for RM3, can you believe it!!!) and went inside to do the medical exam.

Documents which I brought:

- passport

- interview letter

The doctor will provide the forms so there's no need to worry about not finding it in your packet from the embassy.

The receptionist asked for my passport and I waited for a few minutes before she returned it to me. She also gave me a patient ID card (the one you get saying you're a patient there) as well as a kidney-shaped steel container and told me to pee in it. The toilet located at the back was clean but it did not have a pipe/any toilet paper! Luckily I had some wet wipes (a habit of mine!) so I used those to clean up afterwards. It was a little awkward trying to get my pee into the steel container but I somehow managed to get it done, phew! So make sure if you go, pls take some wet wipes!

I then went back to the counter and gave the container to the receptionist. Then I waited for a few minutes before being called in.

Dr Lim then asked me to verify my information -- full name, passport number, birth date, IC and asked for my case number, all which he jotted down on the med exam form which he took from one of his filing cabinets. He took a look at the interview letter but didn't stamp or do anything to it -- he just wanted to see the interview date as he explained that the med exam expires in 6 months. He then checked my throat, ears and lungs -- and gave me the all clear. Then he asked me to lie down on the bed as he needed to check the length of my pregnant belly smile.png

Because I'm pregnant, the doctor said I need not do any vaccinations (but I'd have to do them once I'm Stateside). I told him the dates i had the tetanus shots (2 doses) and he wrote that down on the form. Then he took some blood for the blood test, and told me I would now need to go get my xray done at the Penang Xray Specialist Klinik on 316-H, Jalan Dato Keramat.

Dr Lim also gave me a photocopy of the map so it helped me got there safely! The direction is fairly simple -- it's located near the fancy Malay-house Perodua service/sales centre, next to GDEX the courier company and is opposite Sufian Tomyam/Masjid Jamek Haji Kassim. For the medical check up, blood test and xray, i paid RM180.

The xray clinic was rather busy, there were some foreigners there for their xray. It took me about half an hour to get the xray done. The doctor wanted to see me so he could explain the risks of having the xray while pregnant and advised for me to delay it, but I said I couldn't since my interview is on Aug 1st. The staff were warm and courteous -- I wore a special shield tied around my waist/on my bum, and had to stand facing the machine before they took the xray. Given the all clear, and I was good to go.

All in all, it was a fairly quick and pleasant experience for me. The doctors and staff at both places were very nice, and I find that calling Dr Lim didn't quite work, but he answered all my emails and answered all my questions.

luv.gif I have yet to see any done on the panel doctor in Penang so hope this will help lessen the worries some of us might have prior to getting the med exam done!

infinity2012 - I got mine in less than 2 months, I think you have to call them directly and check on the status because your documents have apparently not been submitted yet.

You could give this person a call: Pn Pilihan, 03-8887 4159 at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs

Really worried because my interview is next week. Im so frustated, just missing one piece of paper (malaysian police clearance) might cause a delay for my visa issuance or might not approve my visa crying.gifcrying.gif crying.gif .

Anyway, rusberri thank u for the number. I will call  them hope they will entertain me cray5ol.gif

If you submitted before June 2013, chances are you were supposed to attach copy of passport biographic page etc.

Hi Craymel, thanks a lot of your reply. I emailed to Consular Section and they replied on the same day, and confirm that we can pay the fees on the day of our interview. I am waiting for them to confirm to me the validity of the Cert. of Good Conduct.

from what I know, they will accept USD/RM as well as you can pay via credit card.

Hi infinity2012, for the cert of good conduct, u can actually check your status online to see is ready. Mine was ready in a month. Hope this help

I check it everyday since i submitted it, its been more than 3 months but until now cnt see the word ready. By the way i just change the transaction code to zero. Anyone can help me with this, my interview is coming too soon. Please if u have any contact number or email add of Malaysian embassy let me know.

No. Transaction Code Transaction Status / Result Daon Date of Completion Update   1 . 000000   Application for Certificate of Good Conduct Draft 08-04-2013 -     2 . 000000   Application for Certificate of Good Conduct In Process 05-04-2013 -     3 . 000000   Application for Certificate of Good Conduct Supporting Documents Have Not Been Received 05-04-2013 -

you can google all these information. The phone number for the Min of Foreign Affairs should be on the form you sent in, as well as on the website. Same goes for the us embassy kl. You can get the info from their website; that's how I got it.

you certainly need to contact min of foreign affairs about your cogc. This is under their jurisdiction.

Hello,

I need some help here regarding the Malaysia certificate of good conduct.I have submitted my application on 09 July 2013, according to the experienced from the previous applicants that I found online, they said that there were documents to submit along with the application. But they didn't ask for any documents except my passport picture when I filled it out online.I have called  the foreign affairs putera jaya in kota kinabalu asking about that and they said there is no need to submit any documents to their office effective from 02 July 2013.Please let me know if anybody have experienced the same, and what is the fastest time to obtain it.I guess I'm just being paranoid but I don't want to get delay for my k1 visa interview as it's the only document I need from the checklist to schedule the interview.my petition will expired on 02 sept 2013, the embassy said it can be extended but I'm still worry.

Please help.Thank you.

I just replied to your post, pls check on the PCC thread :)

I was wondering if I needed to get a new birth certificate for my IR-1 application.

I was born in KL, Malaysia in the early 80s and I have the original birth certificate. I have already translated it to English by a certified and licensed translator in Canada. I'm a legal resident in Canada.

My concern is that the information on the original birth certificate was filled in by hand, as with everything else in those days.

Would that be a problem?

Appreciate if anyone with similar experience could shed some light on this.

don't think that;d be a problem. I got the new one because i thought I had lost mine. Turned out it was hidden among my important documents. If it's translated into English, it should be accepted. My husband's US birth cert is a lot like the old Msian one, except there's a seal!

Thanks so much  for the tip about the birthcert! I'm going off to get mine done tomorrow! =)

No problem! I also read that if you are proficient in the language, you can do the translation yourself with a note stating you are proficient in said language. Or you can get the service of a translator.

Hi there, this is my first time posting on VJ!

My fiance and I are applying for the K1 visa and we just received our NOA2 for the I129F petition 2 days ago!! Looks like it's my turn to be prepping documents now =)

I looked at the list of documents that I need to prepare and was wondering if my birthcert and IC need to be translated by a 'recognized' translator in Malaysia? I read somewhere that you can get a certified translation from Institut Terjemahan & Buku Malaysia but they charge quite a bit just for a few words. Would it be possible to just get a friend who is willing to sign off on the translation for me?

Thanks!

HI rusberri

congrats on your NOA2. pls fill in your timeline so we can help you better.

For birth cert, just go to the Jab Pendaftaran Negara and get a new one. You can read about it here. It's only RM5 and you can get as many copies as you like -- I got 3 dancin5hr.gif

I don't think you'd need your IC at all. I'm waiting for my interview and have not used my IC at all at any stage during the entire process since the Msian passport is considered your ID. As long as you have your passport and it's still valid at least 1 year, it should be okay.

I used ITBM to translate our marriage cert last year. For 2 pages, they charged me RM160 (RM80 per page). Wish I hadn't used them esp when they sent the documents via mail without any cardboard backing causing the papers to be all creasy and looked a mess. I was angry because they made me pay RM10 to mail it to me. And then I found out my husband could get the docs translated for free using a military service, hah!

If you need help, you can PM me! A friend of mine went through the K1 route.

HI everyone,

Would like to share our experience, hopefully it'll be useful to others in the same predicament.

We requested an expedite after sending AOS packet and our request was granted and the file was sent to the US Embassy in KL on Friday. I tracked it on DHL using a tip shared by a VJ member and it was received by an embassy staff on Tuesday, July 2 2013.

At the same time, my husband sent an email to the embassy asking what we should do next. They replied and said they haven't received our file yet and to wait for further instructions.

I then contacted the panel clinic in Penang and asked if I could arrange for a medical exam. The doctor said they wouldn't do it unless I have an interview date and the letter as well and that it would take 4 days to have the results. I find that emailing get better results as my phone calls went unanswered. The doctor is rather nice, answered my emails and said I could arrange for an appointment as soon as I get my interview letter since they normally won't do one since the med exam results are only valid for 6 months.

On July 3, I emailed the embassy and asked for an expedite, since I'm hoping to get everything settled by the end of July so I can fly still.  I also asked for an electronic copy of the interview letter as I've read that some people never got the interview letter when it was sent out in the mail, so I requested for it to be sent both via email and normal post.

We didn't hear anything as July 4th was a day off, but on July 5th, I received an email from the US Embassy KL with:

We have received your file but there is information or forms to confirm on completion of documents.  Please confirm as mentioned in the attachment.  Please provide your phone number too.

They sent me a checklist and asked me to send that as well as the Form DS230 WITHOUT ANY PHOTOCOPIES/ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS. So I filled up the forms and ticked all the boxes indicating we already have all the necessary documents, then rushed to the post office to mail them using fastest mail service available! I emailed the Embassy back, informing that I'd mailed them out and provided my phone number as well.

Around 430pm July 5 2013, I received a phone call from a lady working at the Consular Section, asking me if I have all the documents needed for the interview. I told her I have:

- birth cert (petitioner and beneficiary)

- marriage cert

- passport bio page

- police cert from Australia & Cert of Good Conduct from Malaysia

- husband's divorce decree

- evidence of support

She asked when i got my police certs and I said the Aussie one in Aug 2012, and Malaysian one in Sept 2012. She said that should be fine as they're valid for a year. I was told by another VJer (who got the info from the Min Of Foreign Affairs staff) that the Msian COGC is only valid for 3 months, which made me worried coz it took 2 months to get it!

Since I haven't had my med exam, getting a date next week is kind of pushing it. A friend suggested I do the interview first and send the med exam results later, but some of the documents are still with my husband and he's mailing it to me tomorrow so we're more comfortable with waiting for a later date. The lady told me she'd send me the interview letter once she receives my letter so I could get my med exam done.

She then asked what date I'd like for my interview and I said any date in July would be great since I'm planning to leave by the end of July (hopefully no complications!). She said they have no availability and that Aug 1st would be the best date, which is fine with me! Sure, I'd love to get a July date but it's definitely better than September!

So now, the only thing I need to do now is the medical exam then the interview. Some members suggested getting the vaccinations done before while you're waiting for your interview letter (and I was contemplating that as well), but later on glad I didn't as I found out I didn't need to do them all before my POE. I was also told by the panel doctor I wouldn't need to get any vaccinations since I'm pregnant. Some of them can be done in the US once you've arrived so I think that's what we're going to do (especially after the doctor confirmed and said I needn't any except the tetanus shot I got at the prenatal clinic a couple weeks ago). Please contact the doctor you're going to and ask before you go for vaccinations elswhe

So there you have it.

Thank you everyone at VJ for sharing your experiences. I hope my lengthy explanation has helped some!

Greeting all,

I am about to get Certificate of Good Conduct and one of the requirements is introduction letter from the employer. I am Indonesian but has worked in Malaysia for more than a year. May someone gives me a light what the introduction letter from employer looks like? Is it the same with the letter employment that I signed when I joined the company?
Your help is much appreciated.

Thank you.

hi Nur
i think it'd be a letter from your employer, stating who you are, job title, how long you've been with them etc. When I was teaching, we'd get such a letter for official purposes.

No lah, not married yet but im thinking we wont hv much prob w proving bona fide marriage coz id be on his docs bla bla bla.

Not gonna just move on B2. Plus he'd be so pissed off if i get tahan-ed at POE. So we'll go by the book on that. Both of us very skema on stuff like that, him especially. I dont want to get banned :/

I told the officet im a school teacher and we hv 78 school hols per year, not including 30 unpaid leave, 14 days medical (private) and 7 days for emergencies :D

That seemed to satisfy him so he let me go phew! I almost missed my flight because of that, grrr

Boo!
Id rather do the wait-two-years then apply road esp if we wont be living in the US for the time being, but worried abt the grilling at the POE. I nvr had a mean immi officer, except at SFO. He asked how much money i had and why i seemed to visit the us so often. Duh. Cikgu cuti byk kot :D

But i think being on bf/husband's military docs as military spouse/dependent could probably help? Theyre famous for paperwork and refiling coz stimes they just get lost (true story).

Hvg said that, i think i'll let my bf decide. He's a pro at filing for docs so this shouldnt be a problem for him :D

Oh yea changed name, but still same prob :)

I also realize that i cant stay til 2018 and that CBP can turn me away at POE. I've been visiting the US since 2008 at least twice a year so am aware of the six months limit on the B2.

Wondering if it'll be possible to yravel on a B2 without wanting to get a CR1. if i apple for cr1 i can still visit on the B2? Will they refuse me entry?

Hi!
Thank you for the replies. For now, we are puttting the plan on hold since there is a chance i wont need it since we might move to europe for work bby Sept next year.

Quite honestly im fine with being in msia til he movess out but we'll see. I cantt really say what we'll do at this point in time. Maybe we'll apply for the visaa two years after we got married. Higher chance of approval?

Not gonna get married in dec, im fact i dont knw if we will next year lol lets just say there're some new issues that just cropped up thus changing the circumstances. But someday we will :)

Thank you MalaysiannGirl for your reply!

We do not intend to commit immigration fraud, let me just put that out there. I asked becausee it is an option but idoubt my bf will agree. He is with the military so he's iffy abt stuff like that.

We would like to get married in Malaysia becausee i hv a large family and two of my brothers live overseas. It would be cheaper for them to fly home for summer break and hvg my bf come durg that time than hvg everyone fly to the us for the wedding. Also that would mean visas for everyone (there are 13 ppl in my immediate family alone!) which is going to be very expensive for all of us!

It is also important to hv my father Perform the akad as he had done so for my two sisters. A bit of a sentimental i am, and it probably sounds silly but id like to hv a proper wedding w family and close friends. My bf is okk with hvg our wedding here so i think we'd go with that plan.

Does it take long to get a cr1 visa? An acquaintance of mine got marrried in june 2010 and she still hasnt gotten her visa so im very concerned abt the timeline if we get a cr1.

Also if i go to th States after we are married and stay for six months thenn leave for England and come back after a few months, will that be ok?

My bf is probably moving bases in September which is why i want tp be there ten so he won't have to do it alone. I also wouldnt want to leave my students ( it wont be fair to them!) so after mmid sept is the best for us.

Hey, i just thought abt this. If we are married and im on a b2 can i still visit and stay with him and go back before theexpiry date? If i move i will do it alone beecause he cant come due to work etc.

Thhank you for your hhelp and sorry for the essay. :)

Hi everyone! So glad to have found this thread.

My boyfriend and i are planning to get married next June. He is coming to visit me next month to meet my parents and to discuss about the wedding plans. The plan is get engaged in Dec, married/have our solemnisation/akad nikah in June, he flies back in July, i move to the States in Sept. Spmewhere along that timeline we would like to start applying an immigration visa for me.

My questions would be:
- would ut be better for us to apply for a fiance or spouse visa? I'm a primary school teacher and i teach Year Six so i wouldnt want to leave my kids stranded before the exams which is in September. We plan on having me move to the US after the UPSR exams, which is mid Sept.
- should i start applying for the documents (letter of good conduct) first before we apply for my visa? I studied in Australia before so it would take time to get that from the Australian Police, id imagine.
- if we get married here in Malaysia then i go to the US on my tourist visa (valid til 2018,woohoo), can we just do adjustment of status instead of applying for a spouse visa and wait in Malaysia?

Seeing that we've been in a long distance relationship since April 2007, we wpuld like to use the best and shortest route so we can be together sooner. Hope you guys can help and thank you so much for sharing your experience!

National Visa Center (Dept of State)Nothing on NVC yet its been 35 days!!!

I have been waiting for 89 days and still no NVC Case #. USCIS  told me to wait for 90 days before they can do something, which will be tomorrow.

I think you should call, both USCIS and NVC.

We waited for about 2 weeks, then they finally said they lost our packet or couldnt trace it or something, but bottom line was it's nowhere in USCIS/NVC, which of course made us panic! So my husband scanned and emailed the NOA2 notice and emailed it to nvcresearch I think, cant remember the email add right now.

My husband also wrote to his congressman and senator and on June 11, we were told that our packet just arrived at NVC on June 10. Our NOA2 was May 3. We lost about a month, grr!

I called NVC June 11 and ask if there's anything else w could do since ew wrote to the congressman and got a reply telling us to wait 10 days or something so they can respond. The lady, KC, said to wait, then I mentioned our packet was missing. She then said they received it yesterday, June 10!!!

We got our case number but not our IIn. The CSR won't give it to us and said we'd get it in the email once the bill's been generated.

Should we wait for it? She said it could take a week or two, she has no exact time frame.

Hope you'll get your case numbers soon!

National Visa Center (Dept of State)Nothing on NVC yet its been 35 days!!!

we got approved (NOA2) on May 3. Still waiting for case number. husband called USCIS and NVC many many times. Finally he was told they couldn't find our file crying.gifranting33va.gifranting33va.gifranting33va.gif

So he had to scan the hard copy NOA2 we got in the mail and emailed it to them. He also wrote to the congressman. Let's see how long this is gonna take. I'm really worried as I'm hoping to have everything done by end of June, but God knows how long it will take. It's stupid how they mess up and caused us a looooong wait.

US Embassy and Consulate DiscussionDHL Tracking From NVC to US Embassy

Hi, I was going crazy calling NVC everyday and I had given up when I had saw this on a post from another person and decided to give it a try. I went to www.dhl.com clicked Express then Tracking, then Track by Shipper's Reference, on this page you add your search info..You change the day and month to what you think your's might have left NVC

EXAMPLE:
* Shipper´s Reference : EXP 24 MAR 2011A
* Date range for shipment - From: 23 - 03 - 2011
* Date range for shipment - To: 26 - 03 - 2011
Account Number - Leave this blank
Shipment Destination: Egypt / You Choose your Country

The day I was trying this I saw a package had left for Egypt. I thought could that be our's? I called the NVC and I was told our package had gone out. The one I had saw was our's I was so happy. I just checked our's it's at the Sorting Center in Egypt now, it's moving fast smile.gif
Someone with the example date I made up above for the country of Egypt has a package going to Egypt now as you will see if you try this.
The best of luck to everyone smile.gif

thanks for your help! I used the tip you gave, and found our packet is already received by the embassy in Malaysia. thank you!

CanadaLiving together during the application process? visiting?
I was just wondering about this issue recently. I am currently in my home country (Malaysia) while my husband (USC) is in the US. We got married in June and just recently put together our packet.

We contacted the USCIS Military Hotline and was told I could fly into the US on my tourist visa and AOS from within the US. I told my husband it might be fraud since I read on VJ that's not advisable. My husband then called the CBP who confirmed that would be considered illegal and I could be deported/it would jeopardize my status later on. We tried DCF, contacted the Embassy and they confirmed unless he's going for deployment, they can't expedite our case so we're back to going down the normal way. Well, at least we tried!

So, he is filing the I-130 petition next week, and we plan on having me visit in Nov and stay until end of April/early May (which is about/less than 6 months). I have a tourist visa and have never overstayed during my previous visits, the longest trip was six weeks. I've been visiting him in the US since 2008 until 2011 (at least twice a year).

We are doing going down the consular route, which means id have to fly to my home country and do my interview there. I am also buying a return ticket with the departure date at the end of april/early may (whichever as long as I am not going over the 6 months limit).

I'm happy to stay in my home country and wait until the visa is approved but we have quite a number of important dates (Thanksgiving, Xmas, Birthday, anniversary etc) happening from Nov-April hence we'd like to be together.

I work as a freelancer and live at home with my parents so if I need to provide ties to my home country, what would be the best for my situation?

Will staying for 6 months be acceptable to the CBP? or will they deem that as suspicious and think I'll overstay?

thanks for your input, hope to get a reply soon. :)

Thank you so much an

Removing Conditions on Residency General DiscussionNeed to file I-751 / Divorce situation.

agreed with Darnell. You sound like a really nice guy, but if I was in your shoes, I'd leave it at that. Whether she gets into trouble later is no longer your problem. She basically upped and left you, so why even bother.

IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Case Filing and Progress ReportsWaiting for NOA2 since Feb,2013

Hi, my spouse & I married over seas in January. She returned home to NY & filed I130 in late January, received email of USCIS Acceptance Confirmation on February 1. Got the letter I-797 (NOA1) a few days later. Since then we've just been waiting. I live in Canada & my spouse is in New York. We called USCIS on a telephone conference call and spoke to tier2 agent last month and he kept saying "It takes 5-8 months", when I asked if there's any problems with the application he said "no, just wait 5-8months". Looking at VJ, most people seem to get NOA2 in 3-4 months. Is everyone having this problem recently or is it just us? I think our center is Vermont (though Im not sure).

Not trying to dishearten you but we filed and received our NOA1 in August 2012, but received our NOA2 on May 3rd 2013. It's ridiculous how long this is taking.

Hi everyone
When you're talking abt the new I864,do you mean the I864EZ? Or it's a different set of form?

We're still waiting for our IIN number but we have the I864 filled up and ready to send. Just want to make sure when we do send it, it's the right one!

Our nOA2 was May 3rd but we got delayed coz somehow they misplaced/lost our packet so we had to put in a request. Luckily it's been found but it put us wayyy behind!

IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Case Filing and Progress ReportsAugust 2013 Interviews

Hey guys I'm new here in the forum. I just wanted to know if it is possible to start getting my physical exam done a week before my predicted case complete.

You should call the panel doctor. Mine wouldn't let me do it without the interview letter, but I've heard from my fellow countrymen that theirs (a different location) allowed them to as long as they can provide the case number from the embassy.
