Anja, gute Besserung fuer deinen Finger.

Alles in Butter, keine Fehler.

Nina, mach dir wegen deines US-Aufenthalts keinen Kopf.

Also, alles kein Thema.

Viel Glueck euch allen!

So muss jetzt erstmal schlafen...

Hallo!

Hi guys, I had my baby girl on Friday 3/26/10 at 12:22am she weighed 5'8 oz and was 18 inches long. I had to get a cesarean unfortunatly because her heart rate was dropping. Thank God we are both doing well. She is very helthy just a little on the small side but not for long because she can eat lol. I am still recovering but feel much better each day. I havent really been able to go on the computer much, but I just wanted to give you all an update. Take care and talk to you soon.

Congrats on the healthy baby girl Lovesponge! Hope you feel better soon!

Happy with the kids I think. Little Lilla is so pretty.

Goodmorning Irie, goodluck in finding a nice place!
I don't think anyone pays as much as my house hold for heat. How about $1200 per month?? Yup...

HOLY $HIT! I think you should invest in some SNUGGIES!!! Why is it so high!? We have oil heat here in Maine so if it were not included it would be about $200 a month, or more. But a landlord cannot charge when windows are old, walls are thin and insulation is lacking.. Old farmhouse.

Yes! :) Good luck to you and your move. I hope you find something you need. Anything yet on your case?

Well not positive about the move, but just looking. I really like Yarmouth.. it may be uppity but the schools are awesome, Tierra has made friends.. even Louis and I have made a couple friends. Its the kind of town where locking doors is optional and Tierra can walk to the corner store on her own. I like that.

No car news.. :( it is so upsetting.

I always timed my vacations right where I have never be on while in Jamaican. I know one trip I could feel my body cramping at the end I and I was like uh oh we betta hurry up and do the thing. I heard that they don’t play dat.

Now if I start these trips again I hope I will be so lucky…(crosses fingers) but my one girl friend told me if I am just get in the water and it stops there… Yeah but will the sharks start  ??

LOL thats funny.. I don't know about that water trick.

I always try to time things right as well... trips anywhere.. I don't want to feel yucky.

Irie, I had to go off on my cousin. She has REAL issues. We just reunited not to long ago and its been nothing but drama. Her man left her and she lost her job. She is 22 years old. She had nothing better to do then come at my family via Facebook. I detest that! If you need to say something, say it to my face and also name names. She went on this tirade about her father has been the only one there for her. Mind you my uncle has like 20 something kids and my dad said he quit his job a very long time ago because he vowed never to pay child support. So her dumb azz mother has been taking care of them all this time. He has a lot of health issues and basically collecting a check. At one time he was a big time drug dealer. She basically said some nasty things about my father, mind you who she doesnt really know. Rashida is on ready set go. She don't really know me like that I can make her life a living hell. I really prayed hard on this one last night because it took the strength of God to stop me from getting in my car and whoopin her azz!!! I just hate dumb shyt. If you have a problem with me let's be women about it and solve it, whether we communicate verbally or I whoop your azz one good time. I can let stuff go when its about me, but now she is dragging my family in it and I don't play those types of game...

Okay enuff of that mess! Cause my pressure going up just typing this! lol rant over

Oh MrsTee, I am so sorry for all this stress.
I really can't stand all the hate people throw around, it is senseless.
Please don't waste too much energy on her though, it isnt worth it. I would just move her out of your life again. You know nothing you say or do will change her mind and will just cause her to spread more hate. Some people just need to figure things out on there own, if they ever can.
YOU KNOW what is real and what is the truth and so do the people that matter. :)

Here is a recipe that came to my email this morning:

Hey Irie,

One of my Best friends has Celiac Disease and can only have Gluten free products , I have tried some of her gluten free stuff I can atest the pizza is great the cookies are good and there are a few other things I tried to that aren't to bad but some of that stuff is gross.

I have eaten the pasta my aunt eats. We have holiday dinners together so its always a vegetarian gluten free type thing. :) It took her along time to find the food she likes. This pasta she orders from Australia or some $hit.. I just reallllly want to take control of my food intake. I need it to be healthy. I need the stuff Tierra eats to be better for her.
She even has special bread and pizza stuff.... but I will move in baby steps. :)

good morning all!

Glad u are moving soon Iriecat. I hope u find the the one ur looking for!

I know ur question was not generated for me but my hubby fave drink to make is Irish moss, then its carrot and beet root juice.

Do YOU like it? I wonder if I have to go to Whole Foods to get Irish Moss? I can't wait to get my book.

Good Morning...

I was thinking about you MrsTee.. hope this person smartens up soon.
Dinner looked great!

My Aunt has a gluten allergy so she orders wheat free pasta. I am going to start using as well. I will have to make GLUTEN FREE, MEAT FREE parm... LOL... I wonder if it will still be good!! LOL

So... I am sure you all remember me complaining about the noisy people upstairs. Well even after letting the landlord know several times it isnt getting any better.. Louis and I are looking for a new apartment. I really like where I live so I hope I find something soon in this same area.. with HEAT included for Louis.. we would go broke if we had to pay for heat!

Shanette... what is hubby's fave juice to make?

LOL @ that horse picture!
We are vegetarian to begin with so those recipes are right along the lines of what we eat already. Just trying to stay away from anything processed. Pre-made type stuff.

Nat .. .I agree with hubby about the samples and buffets. NOT my favorite thing. I can't even think about who has touched, sneezed in, let their hair fall in.. whatever... ew!

The dish does look good though! :)

I was sorta craving that yesterday but the only "veggie parm" restaurants really make is eggplant.. and I am allergic. :(
I made some once with the "chik'n" patties, I may have to try that again.
I can get fake chicken breast type stuff now too. hmmmmm.... this may nee to go on the grocery list. Lets see the healthiest way I can make it. :)

I just ordered "The Rasta Cookbook". I also wrote down a few recipes I found online.. Plantain & Coconut sauce, Ital Curry and Sesame Greenbeans. Louis and I are going to try and move to a more strict diet. Less processed foods. I need to cook more. I want to eat more raw veggies and fruit. I have a kick a$$ juicer I never use. I really want to start.
Summer is coming and I want to feel better. I need to cut out the wheat too.... I CAN DO THIS!

Good Afternoon!

MrsTee.. what are you worried about? I didnt catch it.. Sorry.

For Easter I am hoping to go kite flying on the beach. We used to do it every year when I was a kid. We would get a new kite from the Easter Bunny. So last year my brother, sis in law, neice, mom and Louis, Tierra and I went. It was so fun!
Now this weekend is supposed to be sunny and warm.. Looks like we could make it happen again.
Going to do an egg hunt for Tierra. She is too old now for the community one.. I love that she still loves these "little kid" things.

Sorry MrsTee, I think we were all sure you had it covered. If at 1st you don't succeed, try, try ..... and try again! :)

Always... sorry about the drama. But everytime you type c*nt.. I read it in my husband's voice! LOL... that is his favorite swear. A common Lucian cuss is ... "In your mudda c*nt" ... and then was is LadyC who told you to tell her to suck it... That was something Louis would tell you to say as well!! Ohhhh.... the language!

Sounds romantic, suggest to him that he joins visajourney.

Hope you have fun!

I was going to suggest that!

Someone wants me to help her too but her man has a record ANNND he smokes so I'm not interested to help...

Kjenk... I tried to get him to find VJ but he is not "a computery type a guy". However, he met her online.. hmmm. He said he just thought I could get the stuff done faster. I think he is a "if I can pay someone to do it, I might as well" person.

Hi Irie, how are you?

Yes it is $455...the fee has increased for later on down in the process from $131 to like $350, once you get to the interview stage at the Embassy though.... :wow:

I am good! I knew something had changed.
This guys wants to give me $500 to do his paperwork. Or to make sure he has everything and send it out. I told him I could not take that money (don't tell Louis he would kill me!! LOL) He is so nice and I cannot take all that money just for helping.
This will be his 3rd marriage! He is probably my dad's age and Svetlana is same age as him, maybe a little younger. He has pretty good money and lives in the COUNTRY!! I cannot wait to read his paperwork to see how they met.

Hello my friends! How is everybody? What have I missed???? ;)

I actually have a visa-related question. I am helping a friend of my uncles do his K1 visa petition.
His fiance is from the Ukraine.
I am just going back and looking over k1 visa guides etc, trying to remember how to do all this. Thankfully he is VERY organized.
Where do find out how much I write the check out for? I know fees have changed and I don't want to screw his stuff up.

Thanks!!!
