Sugah, I am so sorry for all you have to go through. You are certainly in my thoughts and prayers.
I think you should make decisions as a family. Talk to your husband, your mom. Will you and your husband be able to find work? I would want to be with my mom as well. I can imagine all the changes are scary and hard to make.
(((hugs)))

Yup, finesse - Ikea has great baby stuff, under $200

I was just looking at that. Did you see it goes into a bed and even extends to a longer bed! I love that. Finesse if you are just a little artistic you could paint the babies names on the beds or add a special touch to them. I love it.
Ok I am having baby envy! smile.gif

Have sexy party TONIGHT!!

We wanted to get IKEA stuff but it is made poorly and wobbly. My dad and mom wouldn't let us. Just be careful with IKEA my bro bought some things for his first child and they broke after a couple years because they are not kid proof.

Wow! Mine lasted 3 moves and many years! I even passed it on to a friend that needed it.

I am DWL I really like all music my family says I give everyone a chance even if they are a hot mess. As a teenager I was listening to Rap, Pop R&B and Rock and roll artists like Whitesnake, U2 and Pink Floyd. I don't know blame it on the moon when I was born haaaa but I do have an eclectic taste.

I have quite a taste range as well. Its blows my mind to think Louis doesnt know who the Grateful Dead is or Pink Floyd or anything like that. WHOA!!!

Finesse... just thought of something. Do you have an IKEA near you. I got all Tierra's baby furniture there and it was simple but inexpensive. Her crib even turned into the "big girl bed" ... it lasted many years. And her changing table was her dresser forever too! When I lived in VA my apartment was all IKEA. Its not fancy but I liked it.

good idea irie! i didn't even think about that place as having baby stuff...

bunz - yuh crazy!!! chat bout put di baby dem in a dressa drawer....

why yuh change yuh name now?

Finesse... I think I paid under $400 for the crib/mattress and Changing table dresser. And like I said they lasted a long time. Now of course I would love to have an amazing dark wood crib blah blah blah... but it isnt neccesary. The babies will be so cute no one will be looking at the furniture! LOL

Philly, try the Morningstar Chick'n Patties. They are really good and honestly I used to eat the real thing when I was younger all the time and these are JUST AS GOOD. Also I have a cook book called "not strictly vegetarian" with some good fish recipes in it and my friend gave me the Betty Crocker Vegetarian cook book and it is the BOMB! I made a reallllly good veggie curry and threw in some soya chunks... so yummy!

Finesse... sorry about the stress, Its nice that he apologized to you. Maybe before you go to the store try looking online and making a list at home. Add it all up and show him the numbers. "the best" doesnt have to be the most expensive.

Ok sus since you are a wealth of information please direct me to a place to research Rastafarian practices..(my sister in law needs my help on a class)

My husband is Rasta. I can tell you that "The Rastafarians" by Leornard Barrett is a good book. It is a non bias book on the history of the religion.
Also, "Rastafari: For the Healing of the Nations" is a good one as well.

The Rastafarian Wiki page gives quite a bit of info as well.

I can say I read the Barrett book many years ago just because I was interested and found it very good. It was not a boring read.

I havent started the latest movie, I was a bit busy today... but I think I may have seen this one.
Louis worked at a TV station in SLU and played all the African movies.. his sisters, aunts, cousins would all ask him to play certain ones! It would be funny if we could all call our local stations and make requests! haha!

When you said the mold of his face... I am sure I saw it.
There was another where one girl was possesed with the devil or something. I remember everyone she had sex with dies or maybe it was a guy and when the girls slept with him they would die... ehhhh I don't remember..??

Char, my company offers tuition reimbursement. Only in 2009 did they [finally] start a policy about needing to be with the company for a period of time after taking classes. But I'm not taking advantage. I hope I never need to go back to school. It was fun, but I'm glad those days are done.

LOL I know I don't.

IrieCat, ROFL @ no one knowing where Maine is. How did your family end up there?

Philly, I can't see YouTube links at work. I can tell when you post them, though, due to the large blank space.

MY family knows where it is... it's Louis' family that doesnt.
My parents are originally from upstate NY (Mom from where Cara is!) and I guess my dad got a job for New England Telephone and they moved here. His dad already lived here as well as his brother and my mom's sister (They were married)
