Philippines	medical before scheduling interview date?	Hello everybody, im just curious if it is possible to have a medical exam before calling the embassy for interview date? providing you have your NVC case no. already. I've read one post here that when she called the embassy ,she was asked if she is done with her medical already,so im just trying to figure it out if its okay,i need some insights and suggestion from you ,thank you so much in advance. Philippines	to magic jack users:	I want to share our experience with it,when my fiancee is about to install it,it shut downs the pc and so we ended up , pc on the pc shop for reprogram as we lost all files ,good thing we have back up....just be careful with it ang try calling thier call centers for any question you want as possible if you happen to decide buying one...we ended up alternate calling then ,since we talked twice a day he's the one calling me before i go to work,then me calling him before he goes to work,what im using here is pldt budget card it only cost 1 peso and 50 cents a minute ,its a good deal already.... try it if you want...	psycons12	Male	Philippines	2010-03-17 12:48:00

Philippines	Embassy Interview	After a long 2 months waiting on the Sputum test results, She received her vaccinations today and St Luke's scheduled her for interview at 8am on Friday March 19th. I pray that all goes good for her during the interview! Philippines	early medical,with NOA2	Yeah, this question gets asked a LOT. I just asked it a few days ago in a post. There should be something in the guides that says in big bold letters that you don't need your appointment letter or NVC letter to go do your medical. I tried searching a few days ago and the new VJ was giving me a bunch of dead links. I just did a search and found many posts with the same questions about early medical. My fiancee is still worried because her friend keeps telling her that she needs her appointment letter from the embassy or else St. Lukes will tell her she can't do medical. I keep telling her that she can do the medical and the interview without an appointment letter. Many people here have done it that way. The biggest difference here is that my fiancee's friend used a lawyer who told her to just wait for the embassy (and she waited 2 months for an appointment letter after her NOA2) and most folks on VJ (myself included) did the whole process without lawyers. Philippines	medical exam issue pls help	Hello to everyone...i feel so down with my situation and so i tried to browse about this vag warts and to think few more weeks we are expecting our NOA2 makes me feel so so so worried.i got this flat vag warts since then it comes and go,there are times is was completely not there for 3 yrs or so and there are times it is visible and then gone again...and what makes me worried is, it is visible now oh my and my medical is upcoming and im doing it at a very strict medical center,st lukes here in manila....[b]my very big question if they noted that one has a vag warts is it an automatic a failure in med exam and a big disapproval on k1 vissa.?[/b]i've got a lot of readingsabout it ,stated that communicable diseasess such us hepa,TB and std like HIV but even HIV is eliminated last jan 2010.and HPV is consider an std but it was not on the list...im very so stress with this and i have some sleepless nights since this vag warts are visible 2 weeks ago...and spent all of my time raeding and browsing for info pls pls i need your help..your info are very much appreciated and i need so much enlightenment...thank you in advance i pray and i know i have my sollution with this... also refer to http://www.cdc.gov/n...d/dq/health.htm it lists the specific ones, of which the one this topic is about is not listed: Communicable Diseases of Public Health Significance These currently include: 1. Philippines	Is Bukidnon reasonably safe?	hello to you, have an assurance from your fiancee about your safety if your there,if she say so then there's no problem... with me and my fiancee we disscuss about it,pros and cons i grow up in south cotabato and my family was there but after our thorough disscussion we opt not to go for some reason,but he was able to meet my mom here in manila and some of my cousins and friend that are here.then just headed on visayas for some nice beaches .davao is a big city and safe place to go i've spent my 5 yrs college there but with bukidnon i don't have any idea ,try to talk to your fiancee all i know the place is warm and have lots of farm sugarcane ,pineapple etc... Philippines	Doing medical and Interview the same week......	There is no problem,not unless you will have a positive result in tb test,if that happens you can call the USEM right away to cancel your interview sched.What I did I went to St lukes in global to have my own medical there just to be sure I'm pretty well (OPTIONAL).I have mine scheduled Fri and my medical is Mon & Tue and got approved with no problem at all.Goodluck to you,take an early rest so you have strenght to sit and wait for everything there ,every step is a waiting game,so bring anything that could entertain you .God bless and praying for your approval	psycons12	Male	Philippines	2012-06-19 02:19:00

What would you suggest? Should I send the application before I go eg. in October or wait until I'm back on the 1st of December? I'm a little worried that they would set an appoint. for me while I'm gone but that would be unlikely right? Another question I have is whether my son needs any special documentation to come with us. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	It's all greek to me	Well, look at it this way - you have a quick interview date and that means that you will get to see your sweetheart even sooner:-). At many Consulates there is a long wait for the interview just to be scheduled so you are ahead of their game. Just take things one form at a time; write yourself out a checklist of your own and include what you have to do to get that item checked off your official check list. You will find out that some things are very easy (passport, birth certificates, etc.) and some take a little bit of planning, but it will all begin to make a lot more sense. You should be fine:-)! My only problem now is that I am trying to find the DS-156 form online and the page doesn't work since yesterday! aaaah ! It seems that in Greece even the US embassy works 'the greek way', which means not following the procedures step by step. I called them just to ask something and they set a interview appointement for me without having sent any of the documents. The woman I talked to said they are moving their offices so I should not send anything, just wait for them to send me info on my medical examination and the letter for the interview. My interview is on the 17th of May and my appointement with the doctor on the 11th. It's so frustrating! K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	It's all greek to me	Hello everyone. I am new around here. My name is vicki and I am in the middle of the procedure to obtain my K1 visa so I can fly to US and marry my sweetheart who lives in MT and is USC. So question ---Our I-129F was approved and I recieved the paperwork from the US embasy in Greece just a few days ago. I am so confused though. Should I only send back the forms DS-230 Part 1, DS-156 and DS-156K and wait till I have all the paperwork needed so I can sign the checklist and send that too to the embassy ??? Do I have to complete the form DS-157 or leave it blank? It's all a huge mountain infront of me and not being american makes it difficult to understand cause english is not my native language. Thanks in advance for you help I really appreciate it. p.s. I tried to find the answers in the posts already made and the guidelines but I only got more confused.
