Of course there is the terminal fee of 750 pesos and the Travel tax(someting like 1600+peso) on her ticket. Both of which are paid at the airport. The vaccinations are included in the price and you get no discount for not getting them. If you get them ahead of time your paying for them twice. Trisha, my wife, (<26 yrs old) had no evidence of any vaccinations and got 5 at St. Lukes. US Embassy and Consulate Discussion	Packet 3 & Packet 4	When USCIS finishes processing you the petitioner will get a NOA2. At that point it is in NVC. You can call NVC and get a status. Once they send it to the USEM they will tell you that. At that point it is best to wait about 10 days. It takes a few days for the papers to get to the USEM and then a few days for them to process it. You can call them at +63-2-301-2000 ext. 5184 or 5185 and ask what the status is once NVC has sent it to them. Once they get the package from NVC and process it they will send a letter to the beneficary at the address on the forms you submitted to USCIS. For K1 follow these directions. http://manila.usemba...ov/wwwfk1en.pdf The directions cover all of the fees and where they are paid. It is never to early to get the forms for the USEM filled out so you have them ready. Key is to start to gather all the documents you will need like the CENOMAR, Tax forms (ITRs) which you can order from IRS, birth cert, divorce paperwork if you had any, etc, etc. Once you get your NOA2 from USCIS your case is transfered to the State Department's NVC. They will do some processing but usually within a couple of weeks your case is then forwarded to the USEM. While at the NVC you can call the NVC for an update. They will always say to call back in a couple of weeks. Key thing you want from NVC is your Manila Case number. It starts with MNL. Then once it has been transfered to the USEM it takes about 1-2 weeks for the papercopy to arrive at the USEM. They do not do much until then and you can not setup an interview with the USEM until they process it. Once they do you can set up your interview. You can take the medical at anytime once you get your NOA2 or you get a letter (some do and some do not) from NVC. Just go to St. Lukes and bring the letter and/or NOA2. But you can wait until you get your interview. Then bring the email you will get from the USEM to the medical. Usually interviews are at least 2-3 weeks from when you set them up and you only need to take the medical 1 week prior to your interview. But it is best to get it out of the way. For the seminar you can do that anytime but you can not complete CFO until you get your visa so it is best to wait until you do have the visa and then get it all done at once.	dale_trisha	Male	Philippines	2009-04-16 07:14:00

You can start to fill out the documents now but you also have time. Check the document number. You probably meant the DS-156 and 157. I kada pogledam kako mi je život do sad prebrzo prolazio, bojim se da ?u je ostati željna. Nismo se nikad puno odvajale, i jako smo vezane. S obzirom da nam je mama rano umrla, bile smo jedna drugoj sve na svijetu. Evo i sad mi se pla?e dok ovo pišem. Ali kao što kažete uvijek se možemo vratiti ovdje. Pa se tješim time. A krivo mi je što previše o tome razmišljam, pa ispada da je ovaj odlazak kao neka tragedija, a ne nešto lijepo što mi se dešava. Mislim da ?u i?u u septembru. Bar nije bilo kad smo razmišljali šta da radimo. Možda se sad nešto promjenilo. A da smo se odli?ili za vjen?anje u BIH onda bismo vjerovatno predali papire tek krajem godine nakon vjen?anja,a ko bi to do?ekao. Što se ti?e pušenja, ja sada rijetko pušim tj gotovo sam prestala ali volim da zapalim kad se fino naklopam Smatram da mogu da prestanem kada želim, i po?nem ponovo. A znala sam nekad uništiti pakovanje za dva tri sata. Mi se nadamo svadbi od nekih 50 ljudi, ali moj budu?i muž ima veliku porodicu pa se bojim da se taj broj ne pove?a. I meni je isto malo glupo zvati neke ljude koje on ne vi?a po 10 i više godina,a meni bi to vjerovatno bio i jedini put da ih vidim. Moji sumnjam da ?e mo?i i?i, dok se i ako dobiju vizu. Ni sama ne znam je li to moguce. Inace, studiram novinarstvo (smjer public relations i tisak) i pojma nemam hoce li mi bilo sto od toga trebati, ili biti priznato u US. Ne znam ni bih li vise studirala, s obzirom na godine. Mozda mi je vrijeme vise okaniti se toga jednom zauvijek. Pogotovo ako ovo ovdje, zapravo, i zavrsim. Odoh sad nesto ucit' Ivancicas, drago mi je da je pregled dobro prosao! Gdje ste rezervirali? tj. koji restoran? I mi smo kao pokušavali na?i nešto, ali stvarno je besmisleno kad se nema u vidu ni približan datum. Ja bih voljela nešto vani. Ali ko zna, možda bude hladno kad stignem tamo. Živim sa tatom i uglavnom on kuha sebi, pošto ne jede masno, i mnoge hrane je se odrekao zbog zdravlja (še?er, masno?e itd), plus on to voli sam sebi. A nije da nisam kuhala prije. Tako da kao znam kuhati, pa ?u se samo "prisjetiti". Ina?e moj dragi voli da kuha i to rado dobro. A ja volim da jedem, što se vidi po kilaži hehe ivancicas sretno na ljekarskom Bit ?e sve ok! Pitala sam ga hocu li se morati docijepljivati ili cijepiti protiv bilo cega, rekao je da ne, da je sve ok. Na intervjuu nitko nista nije spominjao, a nadam se da nece ni kasnije. Nisam bas preveliki pristasa cijepljenja, pogotovo u odrasloj dobi, a protiv djecjih bolesti. Rodjena sam 1977., tako da vam bude lakse ovo usporediti sa svojim slucajevima. Ja isto imam samo tu staru zdravstvenu knjižicu sa upisanim vakcinacijama, valjda posluži. '76. sam godište. Mene isto lagano hvata nervoza pri pomisli da odlazim odavde. Jako mi je žao što ostavljam svoje, posebno mog oca, moju sestru i njenu djecu. Da bar avionske karte nisu tako skupe pa da se može ?esto dolaziti. Što se ti?e studija, ja nažalost nisam fakultetski obrazovana. Tj. nisam nikad završila fakultet koji sam upisala. Mada se bavim mišlju da upišem bar nešto. An application for a copy of a police record should be submitted to the police authority (cantonal ministry of interior or police department) at the applicant’s place of residence. People who reside in the same canton or district where they were born will have the fastest service (about three days), as all civil records in BiH are archived based on the citizen’s place of birth. For people residing in a canton or district different from their place of birth, the local police will have to request information from the person’s town of birth; response times are uncertain. Citizens born in the Republika Srpska should apply for the police certificate in person in their town of birth. Based on the certificate from the place of birth, the cantonal ministry of interior at the place of residence will issue the final official version of the certificate. Every citizen of Bosnia and Herzegovina should be able to obtain this certificate. The fee for this certificate in the Federation is KM 60. It is very important not to confuse the police certificate with a certificate issued by courts, which is often referred to by the same name (“Uvjerenje o nekažnjavanju”), but covers only the period of the past six months and indicates the absence of any investigation, charge, or conviction in that period. The police certificate covers all periods of time the person has lived in BiH. What I can suggest you is to send at least a few pictures of your wife and you together as a part of proving bona fide of your marriage.
