We were married 1 month after the final divorce. I know getting the capacity to marriage form from the Embassy was a treat. Did you also do your Guidance and Counseling Requirements and Schedules for Filipino Spouses and Other Partners of Foreign Nationals. IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Process & Procedures	What does touched means??	And to add to the answer. A touch means the file moved. For example it moved from one cabinet to another. So touches do not always mean much. We got a touch on our I130 after the NOA 1 which was the next day. Maybe the file was put back. Then we got another the day after we got the NOA for the I129F. Probably both files were brought together. I have a service request for both the I130 and 129F. The service request is suppose to be processed later this month. Probably another touch. Only issue I had was after I edited a file, saved it, closed it, then tried to reopen it and edit it I had to save it under another name. That is a minor issue. For K1 you need the CENOMAR For K3/IR1/CR1 you need the CENMAR. The OP is asking about a Certificate of Marriage and the CENMAR. They are the same. CENMAR = Certificate of Marriage No can a Married person request a CENOMAR? IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Process & Procedures	Wrong middle name in NOA2	Wish I had read this last night. We had the exact issue. Actually caused by me when we submitted our I-130 and I-129F. I submitted a service request with CSC and they even processed it. But wneh the package got sent to NVC it was still wrong.... So last night at almost the exact time you were creating your entry I was on the phone with USEM and they said no problem. Hotel receipts, boarding passes, and you have to have some pics. yes they do read some of the emails/chats and in our case I know that we never got them back. I was present in the Embassy along with a few other husbands. None of us were permitted into the interview room. Thus the CO never new we were there. During the pre-screening we were able to be at the window and it did not seem to change the questions being asked that day. Clearly having the spouse there is always nice to to share in the experince.
