We can file the K3 with him here in the country, we just don't file it with the I-129f we file it with something else i can't remember the name of the form she gave us. Hes here legally, he can be here for up to 6 months and until september 11th (bad date i know) it wont be 6 months, so we were told as long as hes out of here or were married before then we can do this k3 and he wont have to leave at all were just going to adjust his status. I called her this morning to double check that I understood everything correctly and am just waiting for her to call back. K-3 is for spouses who are out of the US. I will share it and the source code when I've got it working Unfortunately the server doesn't like something about my application (I think there's a cookie/session problem, it returns server error 500). I hear they will ban your IP address if you check it too many times a day, so testing and debugging is going rather slowly... K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	Touches today	I have been touched like a doorknob over the last months. Over 16 times. Unfortunately, that has not yielded an NOA-2 yet. Touches are a good indicator that your petition file is in the works and is not lost. So that is good. But, with that said, some get approved with few or no touches. The touch could indicate that your file is moving from stack to stack or is being moved to the "rubber stamper" area. Hopefully, the latter. I hope you are approved soon! let's have faith in God. Now I am beginning to feel bad since it appears that Rong and I are about the only ones approved this week so far! Of course, we are pleased with the approval, but we are saddened by the lack of a maelstrom of approvals this week as per last week! What is up with that? Come on, CSC! K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	Preliminary Questions	I found these hints here on visajourney and we did and i think it helped: "hightlight or place post-it notes indicating the dates and locations on the copies" our photos: we wrote our names, date and locations on the back of every photo and placed them in a plastic sheet. we put all forms, attachments (indicating the form and question) and copies of documents and evidences, our passport style photos (with our name on the back of the photos and each photo inside a plastic photo bag with a label with our names written) and our photos of us together (as said above). they are some details that can help a lot.
