K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	evidence	Im gathering the evidence now. I have boarding pass stubs, but United always makes them so faded, I hope its not a problem. Their probbaly trying to cut back on ink since they are cutting back on everything else. Will it matter much? Also, these stubs dont have the year anywhere on them. Just the month and day. what do you do in that case? I sent my boarding passes to my fiance and they don't have year either. I sent a copy of my passport and one information completes the other one. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	wrong header?	I know this question is silly, but I sent my letter of intent to my fiance and it didn't get there yet. Last night I was searching on this site and found new examples. So i found out my letter of intent was not like the example i found. I wrote in the top of the letter: "United States Department of State United States Consulate, [NAME OF COUNTRY WHERE EMBASSY IS LOCATED] [EMBASSY ADDRESS]" instead of "United States Department of Homeland Security U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services Nebraska Service Center" Should I send this letter again as the second option? K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	Documents to send in for K-1	I have a lawyer (***) that helped me fill out all the paperwork for my I-129. One of the things he had me do was make a notarized letter of intent from me. He didn't have me get one for my fiance. Is that required? I am looking at the instructions on the I-129 form and it says to provide original statements from both of us! Will I get a RFE from this???? There is plenty of other stuff from her. The signed Bio form and a ton of pictures. My friend's lawyer said the same (she doesn't need to send the letter of intent because it is not an obligation to beneficiary anymore). But she sent it because she said this way she would feel better. I sent my letter of intent to my fiance as well with my form G-325A, copies of documents and evidences. You do not have to send in emails and chat records now - save them for the interview - just send the proof of meeting in the last 2 years - passport pages, airline tickets, boarding passes etc.. Good Luck Thank you motu! We are thinking about sending some (6 to be exact) days of our chat records because we don't have sent much letters cause we've been talking everyday. We are sending: passport pages, boarding passes, forms (I-129F and G-325A for me and for my fiance with its attachments), photos (passport style photos and pictures of my fiance and I together when we met in Canada => ), hotel receipts, our letters of intent and documents from my fiance (the UC) such as bitrh certificate, divorce decree. uh this is what I remember for now heheh. His question is: We were reading General Tips on Assembling Applications for Mailing (http://www.uscis.gov...nal/index.htm#H - item # 6). part of it says: "Do not use binders or folders that cannot be easily disassembled. Use ACCO fasteners to hold together thick or bulky applications or petitions. Two-hole punching the top of the material for easy placement in the file is appreciated. The use of tabs assist in locating items listed as attachments. The tabs should be placed on the bottom and not the side for ease in filing. Avoid using heavy-duty staples; instead use ACCO fasteners or heavy clips." So, 1- should he use tabs folder (see pincture on the attachment)?  tabFolder_Bottom.jpg   3.2KB   28 downloads 2- My fiance had stapled the sheets of our history (he printed 6 days of our talking on messenger).
