I sent in my birth certificate as indicated by the requirements and was never asked for my fiance's birth certificate.

I think the CSC is starting to get its act together... It'll just take a little while longer for the IMBRA fiasco to totally calm down. This is coming from someone that had to wait a LONG while...

I pray for those that are still waiting.

If patient, the wait does wonders in bringing an already loving couple even closer. This will probably be one of the first of many hurdles you cross together. I hope you all fare well.

I think you guys will fall with the next batch that gets sent to the NVC. I received my snail mail NOA2 on the 28th of October. I called NVC every 2 days and emailed every week. I called on the 13th to hear it still wasn't received. Then on the 14th I received the reply with a case number to my second email (sent on the 8th) that stated my case was received.

I suggest BOTH calling and emailing. Give them about a week to give you a response to your email. I think they wait a few days to see if anything turned up before responding.

I emailed them immediately after receiving the response, asking if my case was sent to the london consulate. I received a reply today saying that it was (although I had already confirmed it on via a phone call last week).

The K3 is dead, plus as you are married 2 years, the IR-1 is far superior, he'll get a ten year greencard upon entry. In theory, it shouldtake6-8 months, but Muslim men often get stuck in AP (security checks) after the interview.

How many daYS b4 nvc will enter a docs after receiving it…bcos my husband send my nbi on oct 25 and as I track it on usps it is writtern there that NVC received it oct 27..im so worried that it might be lost or something...

First question to ask is to get your NVC Case#. If ready, provide both the petitioner's and beneficiary's email addresses without the spelling mistake.

Hi all,

Now I called NVC today to see what are the documents that are missing. They were 4 of them now i will explian what are they

RFE:
1: I-846 for pettioner: now i sent one for my co-sponser and did not send one for me because i though i didnt need one

2: original marrige Cert.: i sent my translated one because i thought it was certifed :bonk:

. I have it and can send it.

3: original BC for benificary: I sent a translated one :bonk:

. but i dont have it she has it in IRAQ

now she can send it

4: PCC: I sent a letter stating that this document is not avilable in Iraq but they said it is avialable. Now she is working on it to get one.

now could i send RFE 1 and 2, and tell NVC that my wife will bring RFE 3 and 4 with her? Or should i Wait for her to send it to me and then send it to NVC in one package? which one is better.

Any help will be appricated.......

for Co-sponsor yes for tax transcripts, paystubs no because he is on medical leave. he is a translotor for the ARMY, no employment letter but sent a copy of passport.

for sponsor i will call IRS Tomorow, yes for paystub but just got employed last month, will send a copy of passport i dont know if i should sent an empolyment letter :unsure:

Hi all,

Just recently found out that I have a RFE at NVC. :angry:

but anyway I found out what I did not send by my self (no check list yet). Hopefuly thats my RFE.... now my question is for part 5 Q: 21 "If you are currently married, enter "1" for your spouse" what should I put 1 or 0. She does not live with me. Also I have a sponser that is sponsering her only, not me and the sponser, since I didn't make enough last year. I got married this year.

RFE General Question

Please read all I mean every single word carefully in all of the guidelines @ VJ. So you don't have to get one..... you know I got 4 RFE at NVC stage :angry:

and now I am mad but if I came across this website at my NOA 2 I would of been done by now. There is one thing to do READ THE RIGHT STEPS and you'll be fine. Now just to let you know it will probably take me until December to send in ALL the missing Documents because I am currently waiting for the PCC. by the time it finishes it will probably be by the end of the month. Also they have to send it by mail or a close relative to me which will take about a week or so. So I should finish with everything by February all because i didn't pay close attention to the guidelines I was in a hurry to get a interview. So to all people in any stage PLEASE READ CAREFULLY :yes:

NVC second RFE

Hi all

Now on 01-18-11 i sent the first RFE package which inclulded the PCC, Orignal MC, Official copy of BC, and my AOS package.

now on 2-7-11 got a second RFE which is about the BC and MC. what they are telling me the BC and the MC are not orignal. i told them to look at them agine and they told me it will take 10-15 days for review.

Now if they are not accepted what are my options to get this fixed or sent out to the embbassy? also can i request the case to go to the emmbassy for processing? also what is the best time to call them agine to see what they are going to do? Also can i go thru the DCF route if they cant complete the case?

any advise will be appreciated.

I was wondering because i saw that on peoples timelines it seemed like they had recieved packets and things. Nope, nothing to receive until the NOA2 approval comes (unless there is a RFE before that). My NOA2 came 88 days from the date I mailed the petition. You are getting close!
