But his family requested for us to have a big Catholic wedding in the US as well. So now we have a date set and have done all the necessary major preps. It will be on the 22nd of July. Ceremony will be at The Holy Trinity Catholic Church in Louisville, KY and then reception at Big Spring Country Club with 100++ guests. Getting all these sorted out together with his mom keeps me busy while waiting for the NOA2. Hopefully VSC would give us our NOA2 this month or first week of March. Hiya! I'm not sure how it works in Jordan, but here in the Philippines we get it from the NBI which is the National Bureau of Investigation. It's a police clearance specifically for travel in the US and is valid for 1 year from the date it has been issued. I got mine September of last year. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	September 2010 K1 Filers	ok, but dont call me crazy or obsessed ))) just when you check the status on uscis web, you can see your number starting with EAC, try changing last digits, lets say if they are 48 go to 47, 49, 46.. etc.. you ll see the cases with NOA1 of yours and the statuses like initial review or rfe or post desicion. so i ve counted 31, 23 out of which still say 'initial review'.. It says the usual: Post Decision Activity On March 6, 2011, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I129F PETITION FOR FIANCE(E). Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283. But it only says that they mailed the notice, so maybe the case was processed on Friday and they gave orders for putting things in the mail for Monday. Plus, I remember that we've all been touched on October 3, 2010. That was a Sunday as well. It's rare, but it happens. YAAAAAY! I have to add that we didn't call, not once! I kept telling: I'm giving them 2 more days. LOL, then I was: If we don't have it by Monday, I SWEAR we're calling everyone. Ha! Philippines	ADVANCE CFO SEMINAR????	In my case, I am still waiting for petition to get approved. I am pending on my Philippine passport coz I still have to obtain for CFO Certificate. I can proceed already for a CFO Seminar where it is prerequisite for getting a passport. These are the counseling requirements: 1. Original and photocopy of 2 valid identification cards with photograph. 2. Duly completed guidance and counseling form. 3. If married, original and photocopy of marriage contract on security paper from the NSO. It must be from NSO not from LCR authenticated by NSO <---- updated! (That's why I'm still pending, I still have to wait for my marriage contract from NSO) 4. Other documents as may be required by the counselors (like in my case, spousal visa: photocopy passport of my husband which he is my petitioner, our cenomar and our pictures) - they also said it depends on the counselor on what she/he needs so just bring everything. 5. Payment of php400.00 counseling and registration fee. I was there last week, not in CFO Manila though, I'm from Cebu. In Cebu, they can cater only for 15 per day unlike in Manila, they can accommodate 17 people per day. Your nanay should be there very early. Philippines	what are the things to prepare for medical exam In St. Lukes,Philippines	Passport, 2 photocopies of passport (must in vertical position and only photocopy the 1st page the one with a picture of you), 2 copies appointment letter, 2 copies of online registration (not necessary, but they will prioritize online applicant), 3 passport style photos (write your full name at the back using black pen). In my experience, I went there at 3am and I got a priority number 8. At 4am the que was very long already. If you're from a region got hit from Yolanda and earthquake you'll get a 20% discount, just tell them your address and bring an id where your address in it. Check st. Philippines	Package stuck in customs	i work for usps. you have 100% promise it will get to the Philippines after that its the country reasonability to deliver it. Customs has Val tax and the will sometimes want the person to come to open it to check and see if the same items are what you put on the declaration page. Philippines	passed interview	wooohooo she said it was very easy and fast. the american male interviewer didn't even ask to see any evidence. he just look at my w2 and asked when we plan to get married. He then spoke to himself out loud saying, saying check when he looked our paper work. then he smiled and said good look in american and ask if she will fly before xmas. she said yes and he said good luck your approved. i was shocked never looked no pics or plane ticket anything. she said the fhilipina checked all the paper work even before him. she arrived at 600am and was out at 920am. god bless and good luck to everyone else.
