Middle East and North Africa	Packet 3 question	Hello everybody, In the instruction letter the consulate sends in the packet 3 for K3 members there is: "Marriage certificates : married persons are required to present a certified copy of their marriage certificate." In the bottom of the page they add : All documents not in English must be accompanied by a certified English translation. I need your clarification and/or your experience plz : the sentence "a certified copy of their marriage certificate" means a certified copy of the translated one? K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	Will my case be delayed?	Hi everyone, I´m a Feb filer and I´m seeing everyone is getting there NOA2s. Congrats to all who have received theirs and those who will be receiving theirs this month. I just moved into a new apartment and changed my address on the USCIS website. After I finished updating my address, I got a confirmation number and a message that said USCIS will contact you within 45 days about this change. Will this hold me up? Veka answered her phone, said something to me in Russian I did not understand, then she bought me a beer, said I will be back. She was going to get lunch. At about 2:30, we get back to the apartment, cleaning up, we sit on the couch. She reaches over and hands me her passport and opens it to the visa. Game, set, match. We are done. She held out to surprise me. The phone call was for her to go back to the apartment and receive the package. Quick note, the mysterious brown envelope is very thin. They also returned our file from the consulate. Gotta go, I will be back in a few days. Seems we have tickets to the new Leonardo De Crappio movie. Oh joy. Last night I logged in as I always do every day to my greatest surprise it was still reading 02/04/10. Then this morning I saw that it was approved yesterday 04/27/10. So I expect the hardcopy by friday or latest next weeek. I will keep you all posted, GOODLUCK TO EVERYONE. February is moving on!!!!! That´s awesome! We filed Feb 11 and got NOA1 on Feb 16. Philippines	Approved!!!!!!!!	While chatting with my fiancé on yahoo this morning I get a text saying our status has changed! I go look on uscis website and we are "APPROVED"!!!!!!!! Praise God! I have to admit the flood of emotions had me crying like a baby . So loooong waiting and so many fears of what if.... Philippines	Noticed mistake on I-129F after it was approved!	Was the lady on the phone kind of bit chy? When I called the lady asked for my fiances bday, I'm horrible with dates but I know she was born on 4th of july just didn't not year so I was like hold on let me check. She gave me this kind of what the heck you don't know. Why would I know the year, who goes around saying what year they were born in? I don't know the year anyone was born in except for me... They could definitely work on their phone skills but it's the government what can you expect. When is your interview? Yes she was!!!! Sounds like she hates her job. Philippines	Noticed mistake on I-129F after it was approved!	Chinook and I had I-129F issues too. However, we didn't know it until the consular officer pointed it out at Chinook's Embassy interview. As a result, I had to send Chinook a new I-129F and she submitted it to the Embassy. No problems after that. Here's my suggestion: Fill out a new I-129F, date it with today's date, sign it, send it to your fiancée, have her take it with her to her interview where she can submit it to the pre-screener. Philippines	Noticed mistake on I-129F after it was approved!	We got approved on March 6th. I called the NVC just now to get the MNL# and when she asked my fiance's birthdate I gave it to her and she said that is incorrect!!!! I repeated it and again she insisted it was incorrect. I checked my calender on my phone and it was correct. I quickly grabbed a copy of the I-129F and I mistakenly put the wrong year :/. I gave it as it was on the I-129F and she said that is correct. Will they mail an appointment letter? I did call and talk to that very angry lady and got our MNL number lol Congrats on your first wild hog.
