Q-n°18 - address in the US where your relative(wife in our case) intends to live? what will be our answer? since my husband is sharing an apartment with a friend and he (my husband) plans to move to an other apartment as soon as we'll be by the end of the spouse visa and my coming. we don't have an idea about the neighborhood or city yet !! That I intend --- do not intend --- to make specific contributions to the support of the person(s) named in item 3. (If you check "intend," indicate the exact nature and duration of the contributions. For example, if you intend to furnish room and board, state for how long and, if money, state the amount in United States dollars and state whether it is to be given in a lump sum, weekly or monthly, or for how long.) I read at the NVC forum that we should type in the track by reference the word "EXPEDITE NIV SECTION" for K-1s... Middle East and North Africa	When will I get the packet 3 from Casa consulate?	thank you girls for your answers. well, when my husband called the NVC they told him that our case was sent on the 08/31/06, and when i checked the "tracking by reference" in the DHL website, i found that there is a package for Casablanca which is sent that date. so i followed it till it was delivered on the 09/04/06 !! i'm not 100% sure if it's ours, but since we have the day in which it was sent and that there aren't many packages to Casa, we assumed that it's ours !! Noura, I wish that you'll hear from the consulate very soon Private, yes, may be our packets 3 & interview date will be very close!! Middle East and North Africa	I'm worried... i need your opinion	Well, my husband doesn't use a specific mail company (like DHL, or Fedex, they are quite expensive, and we still have time till our interview...) he uses only the regular mail ... he'll send me a package in the next few days for my interview, and he told me that he'll use the "express" and "recommandé" option (ie person signs when s/he gets the letter) so as we'll be quite sure that i'll get it wish you good luck Tell Patti, did you get any paper related to your I-130 after getting your NOA2??.... Middle East and North Africa	I'm worried... i need your opinion	Hi girls today i received the packet 3 from Casablanca consulate BUT... i have a worry and i need your opinion !! i applied for a US tourist visa nearly a year & 1/2 ago, it was only a couple of months before the official engagement (& marriage) with Anouar ... it was denied... There is a question in the DS-156 form which says "Have you ever been refused a US visa?"... my answer for this question will be "yes" Do you think that during my interview this question/answer might be a RED flag in my K-3 visa & CO's decision???
