However, some people have their most current w2s notarized, but that's optional. As far as a public notary, just pull out your phone book and find one close to you. Most banks have a notary. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	Track Case en route from NVC to Consulate	I was told by NVC that my case had been mailed out to the Jerusalem Consulate on February 22. Checked with the Jerusalem Consulate and they have not received my case (which is typically only suppose to take 3-5 business days via DHL). I tracked my case on the DHL website as instructed and didn’t see anything forwarded to Jerusalem on February 22. Because I didn’t see anything leave NVC to Jerusalem on February 22 on the DHL website does that mean it’s possible they didn’t send it out as they said they did? Me4Musa, we did the same thing. The embassy will not show that they receieved it until they enter the info into their computers, it took about a week (after DHL delivered) before the info was entered into the computers. Does this mean what i think it does and NOA2!!!!!!!! Congratulations! We got approved too! Wow, CSC rocks! They showered lots of approvals for December filers. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	Phone Records	Well yes evidence is always good to have when needed but as I said I only sent proof we'd met and that we had a relationship. Which, if asked, wouldn't that then in fact be enough to show proof of relationship at the interview if asked? I wasn't asked for anything, which is good, he was more concerned about the finanical side, lol. For the original OP, I just don't think its going to be a big deal about the phone record. Proof is good to have, indeed but phone records can be a pain to obtain it seems. Thanks. I wonder if it is a problem that we have only seen each other one time. I have seen that mentioned as a problem for other people. I doubt it will be a problem for you. It seems to raise suspicions only when the couple haven't been together for that long. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	No more touches since 02-2407	That's just me or everyone ? Becuase my last touch was on 24, Feb . since then I dont see any more touches plus NOA2 . It's been 15 days since the day the USCIS recieved my package . You probably won't get your NOA2 until the end of May or beginning of June. Takes about 93 days unless it's through Vermont then it may be faster. Just enjoy your trip to Vietnam. I have been waiting about 40 days after first NOA and plan on waiting two more months. We are just two weeks ahead of you and here's how it happened for us: So, you've seen the *touch* from CSC..the day after your NOA2? Great, it's likely your case being sent to NVC as you suspected. As brnidokiegurl said....you will need to call NVC to "track" your petition from here. You can figure 2, maybe three days in the mail from CSC to NVC. Then on say, Wednesday or Thursday next week....you call 1-603-334-0700. You may have to wait to be connected, but eventually, the pre-recorded message will ask you to press 1-for English. Then, you'll be given lots of options......remember that K1's "tend" to move through NVC so rapidly that the automated system is not usually accurate (as I found out!)......press option #5...speak to an operator. When the "Renee" came on the line there was no "hello" or "how may I help you"...it was "Case number"? I quickly rattled off our WAC #, then she wanted the petitioner's name, and lastly, beneficiaries name and birth date. A few seconds later she said: "Your case is complete at NVC. It has been forwarded to the London Embassy today. Do you have a pen and paper? Your new case number is..LNDXXXXXXXX. Can I help you with anything else?" I thanked her warmly and went on the DHL web-site to track packages leaving the NVC zip code to LONDON! You will get a letter in the mail confirming this, but I get the *sense* you'd like to know sonner rather than later? Smile, by this time next week...your petition could be on it's way to London! Again, congrats! Thank you so much!! This is exactly what I wanted to hear! But have you figured out this I-134 thing...cause I can't figure it out!!
