The service rep. told my that my petition had been moved to the holding area on 10/24 (approved 10/22). He said it is shipped from this location. He also told me the same story we have all been hearing about the trouble with their shipping contractor and the 90 day BS. Hope they are back on track with their shipping times. That is always a discouraging thing to do because we have never had a touch. We have never called or anything. We have simply waited patiently (do you believe that ). We were shocked to see that we were touched on October 1. At first I was thinking it was yesterday, but then I realized that in California it is October 1, and it is still early enough in the day that we might receive word of our approval in the next few hours. That may not happen, but at least we know our file is being looked at for a change. We haven't posted here before, but we thought this might be some encouraging news for everyone so here it is. Ping and Lee I will be in Guangzhou on October 11 to visit Yan. I was hoping we will have our NOA2 before I go. We still have a few days. So maybe we will see an approval.
