My husband is from Louisiana so I have a strong feeling that it will be sent to Texas Service Center. since it is the one who has jurisdiction on my husband's state. (am I correct?) In some cases like military man, who serves US, wherever they are assigned they are considered domiciled. IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Process & Procedures	Not allowed to open JOINT ACCOUNT in Phils.	Hi kathy, My husband and I have our joint bank account in China Bank. They really require both of you to be present by the time you open Joint account. as to proof of our relationship with I-130 to be submitted this October to USCIS, we will be sending a good amount of wedding pics and some pics from his 3 month visit here in Philippines, our contract of our apartment (joint tenancy), Birth and wedding certificates, and I receipts of money transfer to me, and some other stuffs that might help the process. We don't have affidavits from 3rd party since my husband believes that wedding pictures say a lot more than other people. Hey,! when are you going to file your papers?.... Like most of our cases here, USC leaves US in single status and get married to the country of origin of his fiancee. when he gets back to US,he's no longer single since he married someone in this planet, so what he will do is he will file an I-130 for his wife as an immigrant, either way file a K3 and deal with Adjustment of Status. However, from my own point of view,affidavits proves that someone had a knowledge that there was a marriage that happen. if you didn't took some pictures, the CO or whoever that will handle your case might not be so comfortable if there aren't pictures that can support the affidavits that there was really a wedding that happen. Specially during interview, I read some post that CO are fond of looking at pictures..,In the other hand, as what Completely said, as long as your marriage cert is authentic. You will be fine. Oh that's good. My husband is so so careful so we really want to check everything. Even my employment history. From the moment I start working and times that I was unemployed it is reflected there until I got another job ( is this ok?) I had one confusion, cos I had a training in one company for employment but I just completed the training and never went into actual job, but my husband still wanted to include it. He said, it's still a part of an employment history (do we need to include this too?) We really want to provide as much as information as we can. As what we all say, It's better to be excessive than getting RFE. Just today, I went get to NSO to request copies of our MC, and request for Bank Certification of our Joint Account. I will send him 2 copies of our MC, and the bank cert as soon as I get it, and after we both finalize and fully checked every detail in those forms, I'm going send those to him this week. In some cases, the visa is being delivered way too late from the flight you intend to travel on your purchased ticket. So you have to deal with rescheduling your trip. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	Pls Help me to determine REAL NOA1 date	NOTICE DATE is the date the physical paper (I-797 or I-797C) was printed, and is basically irrelevant to your Visa Process. On the I-797C (NOA1), the RECEIVED DATE is the date your petition is prioritized by. That is the date that should be entered in the VisaJourney.com timeline. YanJeff, your NOA1 DATE is 05-25-2007. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	Pls Help me to determine REAL NOA1 date	I am totally confused on how to start to count my NOA1 date. My timeline is following: 5/16/07-I mailed my petition 5/18/07-it was received by CSC I called CSC at the end of June to find out any info, they gave me my WAC #and told that they will mail my hard copy of NOA1. I was able to see from that time my account online. It was said "On June 5, we received your petition, blah, blah..." So I assumed that my NOA1 date is June ,5th. However I still haven't got my NOA1 in a mail. I called them again on July,20 asking about NOA1. And guess what? I got my NOA1 in a mail today (actually I got two letters with NOA1 with 2 different dates) One is -July, 25 in the Notice Date field. Other one is with July, 26 in the Notice Date field. Now I fully regret on insisting of sending me a note . Does it mean that my NOA1 date is July, 26 instead of what it reads on their site about June, 5?? And despite me sending the petition on May, 16?? Could anyone clarify it for me, please! I am in the same situation. I have 4 NOA1's 7-9-2007 7-9-2007 7-25-2007 7-26-2007 CSC received my i-129f on 5-25-2007 I have called and they tell me that 5-25-2007 is the date that I should use to track my progress. was told that the NOA are sent automatic by computer.
