Note that touched occurs when they scan your packet, before the person starts working on your file and after they finish working on your file. If they are working on it and they have to put the packet down (for lunch break or something), then have to rescan the barcode on your packet again, and could leave a "touch" on the UCSIS website. I dont know if this is helping now, but I literally made tabs on each of form divisions in my packet and binded it on a 2hole punch binder clip so its easy for them to select and go through my packet. Im a June sender (June 22) /July Filer (July 2) according to my NOA1 receipt date, and I just received my NOA2 in the mail today.. WHooohaa!!! I don't think that the way that each petition is prepared or how easy it is has anything to do with how soon a case is processed. After all, once they recieve the petition, it is taken a part, re assembled and put into the order that they prefer. Tabs and divisions are pointless really. But I guess they make the petitioner feel better. Well its obvious they dont process in order that they receive the petition, or else I shouldn't have gotten my NOA2 yet. Yes, using a two hole punch probably didnt help my petition packet nor putting it in tabs for them to go through my packet easier, and you are right, it did help ease me and make it more comfortable that they received it in an organized fashion (to my standards). But at any rate I just followed what this site VJ recommended. http://www.visajourn...p;page=assembly And thank god I saw that thread, helped me save bucks from hiring a lawyer to prepare my packet. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	I-129F June Filers	Oh Thank God!! They deposited my check exactly 1 month after filing! Now i am waiting for the scan on the back to get my receipt number! I was starting to think it never made it there! If you got online banking you may be able to see the "franking" of the check which UCSIS posted on the back of your check. The back of the image of the check should show your Receipt Number (I have WaMu and was able to view the receipt). Look for anything with 3 letters such as (EAC, WAC, LIN, or SRC) and then set of numbers that follows. If you cant see the check online you can always call your bank and get the receipt number from the back. I checked on the UCSIS website and viewed status based upon this franked number and it worked like a charm, and was in fact the receipt number. I think its weird, how can they know they received my WAC# if they havent "entered it" into the system? HM..... They said it will take up to two days to enter my case into the system. After many attempts in reaching a live person, I finally was able to speak to a live operator. I gave my WAC# and they said they have not received it yet. My fiance received her visa on 4/26 and her interview was on 4/22. There were no problems with the POE at Los Angeles Airport. We fell in line at the visitors line and the immigration officer was very nice and friendly. Good luck for those who are still waiting for their visa. Thank you for all those who have helped us. Again, congrats and quick processing to all!!!! Ken, a friend of mine is an immigration lawyer and he was giving me a quick explanation. Basically, these petitions come in, and are put into boxes. The boxes are assigned to USCIS workers in the order that they come. But some USCIS workers are faster than others and can go through their assignments faster. So there isn't a central pool of files that the workers pull from in chronological order. Instead, there are various, smaller collections that are processed as fast or as slow as the person assigned to them. ...at least, that's the way it was explained to me! I take only 2 week to wait for my Packet3 after I got approval. In thailand they change Packet3 checklist and process too. Your fiancee have to send all document including I-134 , W2 , Tax return and her Police cer. back to them with checklist. Don't wait to get NOA2 in paper you can print it from USCIS website and let her ask for Police cer. because it take 11 days to finished.
