K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	How is your NOA2 waiting time?	well thats what we thought so we called them and the women on the phone looked on the system and just said that it was just a matter of waiting but that everything seemes fine and we didnt have any problems, that phone call was on monday. is it usual to that notice on my status? it all gets rather confusing because i also still have the ACCEPTENCE, INITIAL REVIEW, DECISION and POST DECISION ACTIVITY boxes? The normal language usually states: "On [so and so date] we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I129F PETITION FOR FIANCE(E). Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283." The language on your status is not that clear. Which box is shaded under your case? Hi guys my receipt from the USCIS is dated november 5th, my current status on the USCIS website says "On November 30, 2010, your document I129F, PETITION FOR FIANCE(E) was processed and mailed to the address on record" is this something that everybody else's status is saying from people who applied around the same time? if not what stage of your proceedings did it say that? im guessing after reading a lot of the comments from everybody else on here that i still have a long way to go im really just looking for some info i guess so any would be greatly received. its amazing how these people obviously have no care in the world for peoples feelings and love for one anotherwishing everybody on here the best of luck It sounds like you've been approved (or denied - God forbid!). K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	July 2010 CSC Filers	When I asked for a higher level of customer service, I was told by the first agent that it is not an immigration officer I would be speaking to but just a higher level of the same customewr service. The next agent told me after the usual generic questions that I was not transferred to another service center when I asked and that he can see I am still at CSC.He did ask me if I was naturalized to which I responded yes. I have heard that it may a little longer for naturalized petitioners. He just said it can actually take 5-8 months with some cases. this is so not good news for me .... K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	NOA2!!!!! Today!!!	Congrats!! We got one too today!! oh yeaaaaahhh! the feeling is AMAZING! I took a nap for a half an hour.. and when I woke up, I first checked my case status (just clicked refresh) and saw "Post Decision Activity" bubble highlighted!! I couldn't believe my eyes. So I checked my phone and saw the text message. and theeen I checked my email, and the email from USCIS was there. I am so ready to hug every one right now!! Elena's internet is metered, as she is too far from the city center to get wired for cable, so her only broadband choice is a 3G cell modem. Such is the way things are in Russia, where as late as 5 years ago, cell phones were analog and had incompatible systems between major cities. They are now where we were roughly 15 years ago in internet and cell technology.Because of this, we can't use anything that eats up expensive internet bandwidth, so Skype and Magic Jack are on the nyet list.So our best bet is the Global Connect card from www.alsosmart.com. You call a U.S. number, punch in your PIN and dial away. It only costs about 2 1/2 cents a minute this way. Voipcheap.com actually offers free calling to Russia. You should give it a try, Al. I was going to offer http://www.voipcheap.com, but when I looked at the rates in your country (Honduras), it doesn't look that cheap. It's about 14 eurocents/min to a landline phone. What I like about this calling company is that they offer 2 iPhone apps: one for sending text messages and the other - for calling. Some destinations are even free to call, i think. (unfortunately, Kyrgyzstan does not fall under that "free" category") I would do what others are suggesting here. I enrolled to receive text and email notification when I first sent my package. The initial dates showed up, but have never changed. I already received my NOA2, but the case status never updates. It just came in the mail. I have seen many post that say the same thing. This is so true. The website seems to be not updated for some reason.
