Removing Conditions on Residency General Discussion	Change of Address AR-11	Hi, I have two concerns about this process: - One, I forgot to submit the change of address within 10 days, I did it a couple of months after we moved. Will this pose a major issue later? I'm due to file for removal of conditions in a few months.. - Two, I am unsure of whether my USC spouse should report change of address too? It was the same interview as for the first one we had for the conditional GC.  Today (3.12.14) we got the approval letter!! Can't believe it really happened!        Great! Congratulations!	Mrs O. Unfortunately, they wouldn't give me any information as I was not the applicant and my husband was not with me at the time to speak with them. But, not even 20 minutes later we received a text and email that he was approved and card production had been ordered. I guess they had just forgotten about us!   Congrats! Does anyone know if I'll get an email with the tracking number when the card is sent out?    Yes, you will. The tracking info in the email is usually not correct due to some issues with their automated email generation but if you log into your USCIS profile online you will get the correct tracking reference for your card. The link in the notification email doesn't seem to be valid:   The USPS reported that they picked up mail from USCIS containing your new card on October 14, 2013. The USPS tracking number assigned is #DCN. You can use this number at https://tools.usps.com/go/TrackConfirmAction_input?origTrackNum=#DCN to view updates to the delivery status of your mail. You should receive your new card within 7 days.   Should I be replacing #DCN with something else?   Never mind...I logged on to the USCIS website and got the actual tracking number, the email link must be messed up. Your letters are coming .   This might be pure coincidence but I made a call that might have nudged them into action. I was fretting when I saw people were getting their approvals and I kept logging in to check the status online everyday. My 2 kids are on my application and I sent in a change of address notification during this I-751 process. I noticed one of their cases had not been "touched" since the initial application, the other 2 show they were "touched" on the date they received the change of address. So I called to check that the addresses have been changed on all 3 applications. I was told that the address hadn't been changed on one for some reason, but they changed it for me right there on the phone (I was transferred to a higher level representative).Letters of approval came for all 3 of us 2 days later, dated the day I called.   So if you have a genuine reason to call, do...might just trigger something good! Weird tho, I didn't get an email/text update notifying me of a change thru USCIS. Removing Conditions on Residency General Discussion	I 751 June 2013 Filers	We came home today to a notice from USCIS saying our RoC was transferred to CSC.  It says they have jurisdiction over the case.  Im so confused.  I even went to the uscis website to make sure we didnt accidentally send it to the wrong service center, and it still says Arkansas is handled by VSC.  You did nothing wrong on your part, relax . My mother went home to Canada with 4 months left on her GC and when she came back they gave her a hassle because the card had less than 6 months remaining on it. Canada	K-1 Visa - Petitioners Income	Technically, it is 100% of the poverty limit. However, when it comes to doing your AOS (form I-864), they require 125% of the poverty limit. For that reason, they tend to just look for 125% of the poverty limit because the petitioner will need to be making that by the time you petition for AOS, which is right after you get married. So, although it isn't a written rule, it is often enforced. It is a judgment call though so it's up to the officer. To be safe, people on VJ say 125% because that is the *best* way to avoid any problems.
