K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	ATTENTION JULY FILERS!	i just need to vent a little, so i figured this was the best place to do it im sooooooooo sad because i havent seen my love in two months and its going to be a veryyyy long time before i get to i was planning a 9 day visit for november 16, but my boss just told me that i cant have that week off, because someone else in my department already took it!!!!!!!!!!!! now im begging for christmas week so that i can have an 11 day vacation at that time...that will be 4 1/2 months from now!!!!!!! add that on top of the 2 months its already been, thats 6 1/2 months!!!!!! we have never gone longer than 4 months without seeing eachother, and those 4 months were torturous...i dont know when his interview will be, probably not until january or february, but i dont want to wait so long to see my shpirt....im so sad right now im sure you all feel my pain Ahhhh..That stinks!! I totally feel your pain. I think most of us do! All I can tell you is HANG IN THERE!!! Remember, 'This too shall pass'. Before you know it there will be Garland, Snow flakes and Christmas Trees all over the place, Holiday commercials will be urging get out there and spend and you will be boarding a plane to your sweetie! I told him what I know the embassies here dont do that it has to be personal in mexico.. the consular said that the embassy of mexico needs to write us a letter saying that they do not emit those documents here!!! now we have to wait and once we have it we need to send it with Santiago`s passport so they can stamp it!!! how annoying!!!?? thay give us time thank god!!!! everything else went well... he said as far as evidence and documents we had everything!!! we just need to show them that document and go back !!! K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	Bumps on the road!!	HELLO all !!! Here is a little Update for the ones that follow our case! Santiago is gathering documents to send to his brohter in Mexico ,so that he can get the antecedentes needed for us to finally get the visa in hand!!! He had to get fingerprints, birth certificate, Certificado domiciliario, ID copy, passport copy and pictures all of this had to be legalized by the ministerio del exterior and then leaglized by hte mexico embassy and then has to be send thru DHL to his brother for him to do it, it takes a day and then he will send it to us for us to send it to the embassy with his passport to finally get his visa!!!!!!!! One more bump, its a long holiday weekend in lima and everything is closed so he will have to wait til monday to legalize what he needs to! But its OK we just need patience and we are in not much rush to get it, they didnt give us a timeline so as long as we get the visa by april 15 we are good to go !!!!!! I sincerely believe if I had to do it again...I would go CR1/IR1 track...only because it may take longer to get your SO here...but once they are are...the CRAZY run around K1'ers have CR/IR1's do not!! They will have an SSN, auth to work, and green card relatively quickly after they arrive Just continue to tell yourself...'This too shall pass!" You can also feel free to PM 'Mrs. Scott'. But here is the link:https://egov.uscis.g...w9pWevc4eHYhWKr Unfortunately without having used a personal check, you will have to wait until you recieve the hardcopy of your NOA1 to register for the site. Typically, if you sent a personal check, the USCIS would cash it and stamp your Receipt Number on the back. You need that receipt number to register for updates.
