So I just got off the phone with a USCIS officer, and apparently our case is "under review." He doesn't have the information as to why it's under review (but says that it's not in the normal process). He kept asking me if I'd filed a I129F before or if he's had one filed for him before, which is a no, but he says to keep calling once a month until we find something. He said that it could be another 6 months, although he hopes it won't be. And that there's nothing I can do to move it along any faster. At least it's more information that I've had so far. Our case is under review also. But.....WE HAVE OUR NOA2...twice according to the UCCIS online system.

They told me when I called "worse case senario, at the latest be end of Nov" I think they make it up. Stay strong, it won't be long. It's hard when you see other May fillers racing along, but don't worry, your time will come. Everyday is a day nearer.

From personal experience, its hard to find the drive to work on the next stage when you feel like you are gunna be on the current one. In addition its not allways possible to have everything done and ready before the packet three arrives, things happen. I learnt that the hard way.



Having the drive it what has keep us going! It's very frustrating to see. No way could we have sat around moaning for the past 6 months ( I see alot of this going on around the forums) just waiting for the next part of the process. I'm far to pro-active. I just feel better knowing I have done everything possible to date. The rest is out of our hands right now.

Everyone of us are every different, that is why we are all unique!

You can get a duplicate really quick. I needed one last year and it took less than a week.

Take from it what you want, but I see it as living life in the moment, knowing that what we have to do to be with our loves might be more difficult than we ever imagined, but when we're all done (and this thread fades away as someone else said) know that we have fought harder and grown, and learned so much, and that our relationships and lives have been enriched by this journey.
